　　紙板精濾機(jī)為ZBJS/400、ZBJS/600和ZBJZ/1000三種規(guī)格，其中ZBJS/400和ZBJS/600為手動(dòng)液壓壓緊；ZBJZ/1000為自動(dòng)液壓壓緊；三規(guī)格產(chǎn)品配上所需紙板后，可對已初濾，濁度值達(dá)到規(guī)定要求的液體進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的凈化。根據(jù)紙板的性能可實(shí)現(xiàn)清過濾和無菌過濾，與前道過濾配合使用。具有運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低，操作方便，易維修保養(yǎng)，節(jié)能效果明顯等特點(diǎn)。
　　Paper-plate frame filter include three types of ZBJS/400, ZBJS/600 and ZBJZ/1000, among which ZBJS/400 and ZBJS/600 are the one of manual hydraulic press and ZBJZ/1000 is automatic hydraulic press.The above filters loaded paper-plate may filter the liquid primary filtered whose density has been reached to the demands of standards. According to paper-plate’s performance, the filter may achieve clear and germfree filtering and coordinate with use of the former filtering. The above filters has advantages of reliable operation, low labor intensity to operate and maintain and economizing on energy etc.. 
適用范圍及效果 Scope of applicatition and result
　　● 可對果蔬汁、濃縮果汁、茶飲料、果酒、葡萄酒、黃酒、果葡糖漿、高果糖漿、葡萄糖漿、植物提取物、制藥、添加劑、化工等進(jìn)行精密過濾。
　　Can carry on the fine filtration of fruits and vegetables juice, concentration fruit juice tea drink, ratafia, grape wine, yellow wine, fruit grape syrup, high fruit syrup, grape syrup, plant extraction, drugs manufacture, additive, chemical and so on. 
　　● 接在硅藻土過濾機(jī)后，其效果比精濾前有明顯提高，濁度可降低0.2EBC以上，保質(zhì)期或延長二至三個(gè)月。
　　Compare to the filtrate before fine filtration, the effect improve greatly while connected after the diatomite filter, the turbidities can reduce more than 0.2EBC, extend the guarantee time two to three months. 
　　● 可去除冷凝水中的TAB菌（耐熱菌）。
　　Can remove the TAB fungus (heat-resisting fungus) in the condensed water. 
　　● 可去除濃縮果汁中的TAB菌，減少果汁熱力殺菌的強(qiáng)度，同時(shí)提高果汁的各項(xiàng)理化指標(biāo)。

過濾原理 Filter principle
　　被濾液在一定壓力的作用下進(jìn)入機(jī)
內(nèi)，分別流入各過濾單元，在紙板的吸附、截留作用下，去除其殘余物，經(jīng)各個(gè)過濾
單元濾出的清液匯集于一起，流出濾機(jī)，
從而使濾液得到了進(jìn)一步凈化。
