該機廣泛應用于糖漿、碳酸飲料、茶飲料、果汁、果酒、白酒、油漆、樹脂、植物油、化妝品、電鍍液、牛奶、礦泉水、啤酒、黃酒、制藥以及其他類似液體的過濾。

過濾器形式 Forms of Filter
以濾袋的數(shù)量分有單袋式、雙袋式和多袋式；以液體流動的方式分有側入式和側進頂入式；以連接的方式分有單套式、并聯(lián)互換式、多套組合式和移動式等多種。

過濾原理 Filter Princlple
使用袋式過濾器過濾時，液體自袋濾機旁側的入口進入機體，由濾袋的上方?jīng)_入袋中，濾袋因液體的沖擊與均勻的壓力而展開并壓附在金屬內(nèi)網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)壁上，液體即順流通過濾袋，經(jīng)金屬內(nèi)網(wǎng)而流出，完成過濾的程序。被濾袋濾材所阻攔下來的污染物，則留置于濾袋內(nèi)部，將于zui后更換清洗濾袋時一并清除。
While using the bag type filter, the liquid enters the machinery from the side entrance, break in the bag above the filter pocket, the filter bag spreads and press upon the metal net wall because of the liquid impaction and homogeneous pressure, the liquid flow through the filter bag and flow out from the internal metal net, thus complete the filtration procedure. The pollutant stopped by the filter material are left inside the filtration bag, and will be eliminated while replacing and cleaning the filtration bag finally.
