整機(jī)采用卡瓶頸懸掛運(yùn)行工態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)，采用新一代不銹鋼翻轉(zhuǎn)式瓶夾，采用磁力扭矩式擰蓋頭，PET瓶裝醬油醋灌裝線采用灌裝閥升降，能滿足95度以下熱灌裝技術(shù)要求。整機(jī)采用人機(jī)界面觸摸屏按鈕、PLC電腦控制、設(shè)有缺蓋、過載保護(hù)報(bào)警裝置。
