此型號(hào)貼標(biāo)機(jī)針對(duì)方形、圓形瓶狀物料上快速自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)的需求而設(shè)計(jì)，能實(shí)現(xiàn)方瓶/扁瓶雙側(cè)面貼標(biāo)，適用范圍廣泛既能單機(jī)使用，又能與生產(chǎn)線配合使用。主傳動(dòng)電機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，配有電氣自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)(可編程控制器程序控制)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)主機(jī)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速功能。自動(dòng)有瓶貼標(biāo)機(jī)，無(wú)瓶不貼標(biāo)機(jī)，出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確，貼標(biāo)平整美觀大方。

This labeling machine is designed to meet the need of labeling square and round bottle-like materials. It could label both sides of square or oval-shaped bottles independently or matched to product line.

The main driving motor adopts infrequency control and is equipped with automatic electric control system (using PLC to control programmes) to achieve continuously viable speed control of the main driving motor. Labeling will be performed while there are bottles and not while there are not automatically. It can be finished accuray, smoothly and beautifully.

主要性能特點(diǎn)：  Main features and performance:

1. 此貼標(biāo)機(jī)可粘貼前標(biāo)和后標(biāo)；
2. 中心轉(zhuǎn)盤上有8個(gè)瓶臺(tái)；
3. 瓶子通過螺旋推進(jìn)器進(jìn)入貼標(biāo)機(jī)開始貼標(biāo)；

4)    3個(gè)獨(dú)立的貼標(biāo)站裝有標(biāo)紙轉(zhuǎn)筒；

5)    送標(biāo)裝置由2個(gè)帶有制動(dòng)裝置的電機(jī)并由電子光眼系統(tǒng)控制；

6)    標(biāo)紙定位系統(tǒng)也由電子光眼系統(tǒng)控制并容易調(diào)節(jié)；

7)    通過變頻器和電位計(jì)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)器的速度；

8)    無(wú)瓶不貼標(biāo)控制裝置；

9)    貼標(biāo)速度可變頻調(diào)速，可在1500－6000 瓶/小時(shí)區(qū)間內(nèi)穩(wěn)定調(diào)節(jié)；

10)  配備AISI304不銹鋼防水電控柜，安全防護(hù)裝置符合CE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

11)  貼標(biāo)機(jī)進(jìn)瓶都在左側(cè)，出瓶都在右側(cè),輸送鏈道鏈板都采用國(guó)家通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

12)  此貼標(biāo)機(jī)可針對(duì)圓瓶、方瓶、橢圓瓶貼標(biāo)。

1) Used for front labels and back labels;

2) There are 8 bottle platforms on the center turntable;

3) Bottles are sent into labeling machine via screwy propulsion system;

4) There are label coiling blocks on the three separay labeling sites;

5) Label-feeding mechanism is driven by two motors with brake riggings and controlled by electronic optical eyes;

6) Label-locating system is controlled by electronic optical eye and easy to adjust;

7) Its speed can be adjusted with frequency converter and potentiometer;

8) Non-labeling control mechanism while there are not bottles;

9) Labeling speed can be adjusted stably via frequency control;

10) Equipped with waterproof electronic control cabinet made from stainless steel; safety device conforms to CE standards.

11) Bottles are sent into machine from left and out of it from right; conveying chain and link joint used conform to national general standards;

12) This machine could be used for round, square and oval bottles.
