DXDK40II自動(dòng)顆粒包裝機(jī)   

 特點(diǎn)： 
該機(jī)是在DXDK40自動(dòng)顆粒包裝機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的新機(jī)型，可完成自動(dòng)制袋、計(jì)量、充填、封合、分切、計(jì)數(shù)功能?？蛇x配墨帶打印裝置，該機(jī)除具備原機(jī)型的特點(diǎn)外還有以下新特點(diǎn)：

1.采用智能型光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，性能穩(wěn)定，調(diào)整方便，檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確，zui大誤差時(shí)5袋內(nèi)修整到位。 
2.采用無級(jí)調(diào)整袋長(zhǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)，滿足了55-110毫米之間袋長(zhǎng)的調(diào)整，不需要更換配件。 
3.采用可調(diào)式計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)，機(jī)器在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中可實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝容量的調(diào)整。 
4.檢測(cè)光電基準(zhǔn)信號(hào)采用無觸電開關(guān)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。 


用途： 
適合醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)松散狀、無粘性顆粒狀物品的包裝。如沖劑、茶葉、植物種子、味精等。 
包裝材料：紙/聚乙烯、玻璃紙/聚乙烯、聚脂/鍍鋁/聚乙烯、聚脂/聚乙烯、BOPP薄膜、茶葉濾紙等可熱封的復(fù)合包裝材料。 

Features: the machine is a new model developed on the basis of automatic granular packaging machine. It can perform automatic bag-making, metering, filling , sealing, cutting and counting. It can be supplied with ink ribbon printing device as an option. In addition to the functions of the original models, the machine features: 
1. inligent photoelectric tracking with stavle performance, ease of adjustment , and accuracy in measurement. When maximum error occurs, it is corrected within five packs. 
2. step-lesspack length adjustment pack length between 50 and 110㎜. No part replacement is required. 
3. metering device with automatic adjustment . adjustment of pack capacity can be performed during the iperationg of the machine. 
4. non-contact switch is adopted for photo detection, featuring long service life. 


Applications: the machine is suitable for the packing of non-sticky, bulk or granular medicines, foodstuffs and chemicals such as drink materials, medicinal pills, tea, plant seeds and gourmet powder etc. 
Packaging materials: paper/PE, PT/PE, PET/plated AI/PE, PET.PE, BOPP film, tea-leaf filtering paper and other hearable sealed laminates etc.
