金煒東莞水冷式冷水機(jī)主要應(yīng)用于塑料加工機(jī)械成型的模具冷卻，能夠大大提高塑料制品表面光澤度，減少塑料制品表面紋痕和內(nèi)應(yīng)力，使產(chǎn)品不縮小、不變形，便于塑料制品的脫模，加速產(chǎn)品定型，從而*地提高塑料成型機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率。被廣泛應(yīng)用于塑膠、電鍍、電子、化工、制藥、印刷、食品加工等各種工業(yè)冷凍制程需使用冷凍水的領(lǐng)域。

詳細(xì)介紹

金煒東莞水冷式冷水機(jī)

1、金煒東莞水冷式冷水機(jī)選用全新進(jìn)口品牌壓縮機(jī)和高效殼管式冷凝器，蒸發(fā)器組合，*制冷，低噪音、節(jié)能省電。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)R22冷媒，可選環(huán)保冷媒R407C、R134A、R410A、R404A。

2、金煒配備進(jìn)口高效品牌水泵，大流量，高效率。

3、全不銹鋼水箱，箱式蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)置自動(dòng)補(bǔ)水裝置，省去工程安裝中的膨脹水箱，方便安裝及保養(yǎng)，適用于大溫差小流量等特殊場(chǎng)合。

4、設(shè)有精密電子溫度控制器，精確控制水溫。

5、具有電流過(guò)載保護(hù)等多重保護(hù)裝置，保障系統(tǒng)安全。

6、多功能操作面板上裝有電流表，控制系統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)，壓縮機(jī)、水泵開(kāi)關(guān)按鈕,故障自動(dòng)報(bào)警，自檢信號(hào)輸出。

7、金煒的冷凝器使用高效外螺紋銅管制作，散熱量大，體積小巧。運(yùn)用CAD/CAM加工技術(shù)，配合CNC加工中心制作完成，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，可靠性高，外形美觀，高效節(jié)能。

8、水冷式冷水機(jī)需按制冷量選用匹配的冷卻塔(選配)

Water Cooler Chiller

JV adopted world famous compressors, high hub pipe type efficiency condenser and evaporator, ensure high cooling efficiency, low noise and low energy consumption.
Standard R22 refrigerant, environmental protection refrigerant R407C、R134A、R410A、R404A for option.
Stainless water tank, built-in automatic water replenishing in evaporator, leave out install expansion tank, easy for cleaning and installation. it is good to be used in special occasion of large temperature difference and small flow.
Precision electronic temperature controller, can precise control of water temperature.
Have current overload and multi-protection devices ensure the unit running safely.
Ammeter, control system insurance, compressor、pump switch button, automatic fault alarm, self checking signal output.
Water condenser use high efficiency external screw thread copper pipe, large heat dissipation and compact size. Adopt recent CAD/CAM process technology, CNC machining center complete production, compact, high reliability, good looking appearance and energy-efficient.
