自動(dòng)反沖洗過濾器

反沖洗過濾器，是一種利用濾網(wǎng)直接攔截水中的雜質(zhì)，去除水體懸浮物、顆粒物，降低濁度，凈化水質(zhì)，減少系統(tǒng)污垢、菌藻、銹蝕等產(chǎn)生，以凈化水質(zhì)及保護(hù)系統(tǒng)其他設(shè)備正常工作的精密設(shè)備。水由進(jìn)水口進(jìn)入自清洗過濾器機(jī)體，由于智能化設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)可自動(dòng)識(shí)別雜質(zhì)沉積程度，給排污閥信號(hào)自動(dòng)排污。

自動(dòng)反沖洗過濾器克服傳統(tǒng)過濾產(chǎn)品的納污量小、易受污物堵塞、過濾部分需拆卸清洗且無法監(jiān)控過濾器狀態(tài)等眾多缺點(diǎn)，具有對(duì)原水進(jìn)行過濾并自動(dòng)對(duì)濾芯進(jìn)行自動(dòng)清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污時(shí)系統(tǒng)不間斷供水，可以監(jiān)控過濾器的工作狀態(tài)，自動(dòng)化程度很高。覆蓋了由10um到3000um的各種過濾精度的需求，為客戶提供各種水過濾設(shè)備。

反沖洗過濾器，運(yùn)行及控制不需外接任何能源就可以自動(dòng)清洗過濾，自動(dòng)排污。反沖洗期間不斷流，清洗過濾周期可以調(diào)節(jié)，清洗過濾時(shí)間默認(rèn)為10-60/s，清洗過濾損失水量只占過濾水量的0.08－0.6%；過濾精度可達(dá)10-3000 微米；工作壓力可達(dá)1.0-1.6Mpa；單臺(tái)流量：4-4160m³/h。

反沖洗過濾器可立式、臥式、倒置任意方向任意位置安裝，可用于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、市政電力、電子、醫(yī)藥、食品、印染、建筑、鋼鐵、冶金、造紙等各行各業(yè)水過濾。

自動(dòng)反沖洗過濾器可用于對(duì)工業(yè)水、海水、食品和制藥等輕化工工業(yè)廢水、循環(huán)水的過濾，廢油、液態(tài)原料等過濾處理等。在冶金工業(yè)及石化工業(yè)及電廠給排水和循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)和涉及到液態(tài)的介質(zhì)過濾等工藝中，應(yīng)用自動(dòng)反沖洗過濾器也日趨廣泛，我國現(xiàn)代冶金企業(yè)引進(jìn)的水系統(tǒng)、高爐水系統(tǒng)、用高壓水除鱗系統(tǒng)、乳化液系統(tǒng)以及封閉的水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，液態(tài)的介質(zhì)過濾系統(tǒng)均大量地采用了自動(dòng)反沖洗過濾器。

1.過濾精度：100～3000 μm5微米都可以達(dá)到,用鍥形網(wǎng)。

2.壓力損失：≤ 0.016 Mpa可以設(shè)計(jì)為2公斤壓差的時(shí)候就自動(dòng)反沖洗。

3.排污閥口徑：DN 50 mm。

4.排污時(shí)間：10～60秒可以設(shè)計(jì)定時(shí)反沖洗或者壓差反沖洗。

5.電源：交流三相380V/ 50Hz可以用氣壓反沖洗。

6.控制界面：數(shù)顯、旋鈕、開關(guān)。

1.全自動(dòng)反沖排污過濾器采用多個(gè)濾筒過濾，有效過濾面積大，壓力損失小。 設(shè)計(jì)過濾面積為進(jìn)出口面積的3～5倍。

2. 全自動(dòng)反沖排污過濾器維修、維護(hù)方便：設(shè)置檢修人孔，裝卸濾筒方便， 反沖洗過濾器

3. 全自動(dòng)反沖排污過濾器采用多濾筒過濾、逐個(gè)濾筒清洗的結(jié)構(gòu)，清洗時(shí)不間斷供水。

4.全自動(dòng)反沖排污過濾器程序控制：可根據(jù)用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況需要設(shè)定系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)。

5.反沖洗過濾器*的控制系統(tǒng)：控制系統(tǒng)的精確度高，并可根據(jù)不同水質(zhì)調(diào)整其工作模式和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，以提高其適應(yīng)水質(zhì)能力。

6.沖洗過濾器方便的控制方式：壓差/時(shí)間同時(shí)控制或分別控制，可根據(jù)實(shí)際工況及需求任意選擇，自動(dòng)運(yùn)行;同時(shí)設(shè)手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，控制方式可預(yù)先設(shè)定,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣互鎖,

7.反沖洗過濾器設(shè)有就地控制，必要時(shí)可設(shè)遠(yuǎn)傳控制轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)就地操作和遠(yuǎn)控操作。

該設(shè)備在出廠前已調(diào)試完畢，用戶在使用時(shí)直接運(yùn)行即可。當(dāng)設(shè)備各運(yùn)行參數(shù)不能滿足用戶要求時(shí)，用戶可根據(jù)實(shí)際工況調(diào)定各參數(shù)，并相應(yīng)選用手動(dòng)控制、自動(dòng)控制方式進(jìn)行工作。

*運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)按以下步驟進(jìn)行：

1.檢查過濾器是否處于正常工作狀態(tài)：

2.察看過濾器各連接處是否牢固。

3.察看過濾器電控箱部分應(yīng)是干燥的。

4.接通電源，綠色電源指示燈亮，此時(shí)表示過濾器電控部分處于正常工作狀態(tài)，設(shè)備可投入試運(yùn)行。

注：插上電源時(shí)應(yīng)注意保持手的干燥，同時(shí)在過濾器工作過程中應(yīng)保持其電控器部分干燥，不可有水進(jìn)入電控器內(nèi)部
