直通藍式過濾器

浙江雙慶閥門籃式過濾器（Zhejiang Shuangqing Valve Basket Filter）用于油或其它液體管道上，過濾管道里的雜物，過濾孔面積比通徑管面積大于2-3倍，遠遠超過Y型、T型過濾器過濾面積。過濾器精度在過濾器中屬于一種精度的過濾器，濾網結構與其它過濾網不一樣，因形狀像籃子，故名籃式過濾器。

籃式過濾器主要由接管、筒體、濾籃、法蘭、法蘭蓋及緊固件等組成。安裝在管道上能除去流體中的較大固體雜質，使機器設備（包括壓縮機、泵等）、儀表能正常工作和運轉，達到穩(wěn)定工藝過程，保障安全生產的作用。

藍式過濾器是除去液體中少量固體顆粒的小型設備，可保護壓縮機、泵、儀表和其他的正常工作，當流體進入有一定規(guī)格的濾網的濾桶后，其雜質被阻擋，而清潔的濾液則由過濾器出口排出，當需要清洗時，只要將可拆卸的濾桶取出，處理后重新裝入即可，因此，使用維護極為方便。已廣泛應用于石油、化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。若將其串連的安裝在泵的入口或系統(tǒng)管線的其他部位，則既可以延長泵和其他設備的使用壽命，又能保證整個系統(tǒng)的安全。

浙江雙慶閥門制造有限公司生產藍式過濾器管道在安裝時會有其它雜物帶入管道，在生產中原材料中也含有雜物。管道里液體經過過濾器時它的污物由過濾器收集到濾網中，在一定的程度時打開殼蓋清理濾網即可。

c、制冷中的低溫物料，如：液甲烷、液氨、液氧及各種制冷劑；

d、 輕工食品、制藥生產中有衛(wèi)生要求的物料，如：啤酒、飲料、乳制品、糧漿醫(yī)藥用品等。
