二、產(chǎn)品用途
適用于CNC數(shù)控車床、清洗機(jī)、外圓、平面磨床、滾齒、銑床和插齒機(jī)床、真空泵、噴霧試驗(yàn)室、電火花加工、數(shù)控加工中心等工作場(chǎng)所產(chǎn)生的油霧汽體進(jìn)行凈化器處理和儲(chǔ)存的處理。
三、工作原理
A、吸入和霧狀物和粉塵進(jìn)入油霧過濾器首先與慣性碰撞板下撞后 落下，由一次過濾器將大顆粒的霧狀物除去。
B、進(jìn)入二、三次過濾器的小顆粒霧裝物在葉輪的作用下粗粒化，提高下一步濾網(wǎng)的過濾效果。
C、三次過濾網(wǎng)為高效濾網(wǎng)，能較好的濾去細(xì)小的油霧。
四、設(shè)備好處
機(jī)床油霧凈化器能將機(jī)床切削時(shí)所霧化的那部分乳化劑回收再利用，降低其損耗。具體的回收效益數(shù)據(jù)，要看機(jī)床產(chǎn)生霧狀物的程度，一般來說，霧狀物的濃度越高，回收效益越好。油霧直接排放在空調(diào)車間內(nèi)，會(huì)降低并損害空調(diào)能效，大幅增加空調(diào)使用費(fèi)用；如果將油霧排向室外，不僅會(huì)破壞環(huán)境（影響企業(yè)的社會(huì)形象，還又可能被環(huán)保部門處罰），而且有可能制造火災(zāi)隱患，導(dǎo)致財(cái)產(chǎn)的意外損失等等；
