    本機(jī)主要用于飲料的灌裝作業(yè)。本機(jī)將沖洗、灌裝、封口三功能合在一個(gè)機(jī)體上，全過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化。適用于聚酯瓶、塑料瓶灌裝含氣飲料。各部分的適用瓶型調(diào)整輕松自如，簡(jiǎn)便快捷。灌裝方式采用了新型的等壓灌裝，使灌裝速度更快更穩(wěn)定，所以與同規(guī)格的機(jī)器相比，本機(jī)的產(chǎn)量更高，效益更大。

等壓灌裝機(jī)特點(diǎn)

    本機(jī)采用了*的OMRON可編程控制器（PLC）控制機(jī)器的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，進(jìn)瓶采用風(fēng)送裝置，輸出瓶鏈道采用可調(diào)速方式，與主機(jī)變頻器相互配合使出瓶運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定可靠。

The machine is mainly applied for the filling of beverage. Integrating with washing, filling and sealing, it realizes full automation in the whole process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling of mineral water and purified water. The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently and rapidly adjustable. It adopts new isobaric pressure filling, stable and reliable. The machine adopts advanced OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectrical inspection of the running condition of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.
