ZCX全自動(dòng)充填旋蓋機(jī)-2
吸吸袋充填旋蓋機(jī),自立袋灌裝旋蓋機(jī)該機(jī)型適用于自立袋裝、果汁、吸吸凍、辣椒醬、番茄醬、調(diào)味品、飲料、冰淇淋、日用化工品等的充填旋蓋。該機(jī)型具有理蓋速度快、套蓋精度高的特點(diǎn)，電機(jī)永磁限扭矩旋蓋具有旋蓋緊密和無(wú)損瓶蓋特點(diǎn)。本機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)袋不充填，缺蓋自動(dòng)停機(jī)，送袋缺袋自動(dòng)停機(jī)功能．
工藝流程：自動(dòng)掛袋→自動(dòng)充填→自動(dòng)充氮?dú)?/span>→液位自動(dòng)控制→自動(dòng)清洗→自動(dòng)理蓋及套蓋→自動(dòng)退袋為全自動(dòng)作業(yè)。

ZCX Automatic Filling and Capping Machine
The machine is suitable to do the filling and capping of the products for stand up pouch, such as: fruit juice、jelly、chili paste、ketchup、seasoning、 beverage、 ice-cream. daily chemical products.
With the feature of the caps-putting in high speed. caps covering in high precision、tight capping and no wear for the bottle caps for the permanent magnetic capping of the motor. The machine has the function of no filling without bags and auto stop running when it is in state of short of caps.
Technical Processing: It is full automatically done from pouches-putting by manual→auto filling→nitrogen charging→auto control for liquid-level→auto cleaning→ auto caps-handling and caps-covering to auto pouches out.
