電工電氣電子用自潤(rùn)軸承,滑動(dòng)軸承，無(wú)油軸承是在高力黃銅（ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn4）的基礎(chǔ)上，鑲嵌石墨或MoS2固體潤(rùn)滑劑的高性能潤(rùn)滑產(chǎn)品，突破了一般軸承依靠油膜潤(rùn)滑的局限性。在使用過(guò)程中，通過(guò)摩擦熱使得固體潤(rùn)滑劑與軸摩擦，形成油、粉末并存潤(rùn)滑的優(yōu)異條件，既保護(hù)軸不磨損，又使固體潤(rùn)滑特性永恒。它的硬度比一般銅套高一倍，耐磨性能也高一倍。目前已廣泛運(yùn)用于冶金連鑄機(jī)、注塑機(jī)、列車支架、軋鋼設(shè)備、礦山機(jī)械、船舶、汽輪機(jī)等高溫、高載、低速重載等場(chǎng)合使用。JDB-650 solid lubricant embedded bushing is a new type made from strong brass and homogeneously embedded with solid lubricant in its body.It breaks trhough the limit of general bearing whose lubrication depends on oli film.So it is suitable for high temperature,heavy duty, anti-Corrosion.or where oil is hard to be introduced.It performance doubles both on hardness and wearfrictin.
