XT-FX6 Type rotary capping machine
XT-FX6型全自動回轉(zhuǎn)式旋蓋機(jī)集進(jìn)瓶、理蓋、上蓋、旋蓋、出瓶與一體的旋蓋機(jī)，采用定位抓蓋、旋蓋，整機(jī)為回轉(zhuǎn)式結(jié)構(gòu)。在旋蓋的過程中無傷瓶、無傷蓋現(xiàn)象、旋蓋效率高、合格率高、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、使用范圍廣，可以和國外同類產(chǎn)品相媲美。該機(jī)適用于各種規(guī)則玻璃或塑料瓶的各種外蓋自動旋合，采用抓蓋器抓取刮蓋板輸送來的各種蓋子，在瓶子回轉(zhuǎn)過程中完成外蓋的旋合。整機(jī)采用PLC控制，觸摸式人機(jī)界面，操作方便直觀。

XT-FX6 type rotary capping machine set into the bottle, settle cover, put on cover,screw cap,out of the bottle to the integration , using positioning catching cap, screw cap, the whole machine for rotary structure.In the process of screw cap , the bottle without injury, no injury cap, screw cap with high efficiency, high pass rate, smooth operation, wide range of use, can be comparable to similar foreign products.
This machine is suitable for all sorts of glass or plastic bottle cap automatic screw cap, using catching cap grap a variety of lid conveyed by scraping plate, completed the cap screwing in the process of bottle rotary .The machine adopts PLC control, touch human-computer interface, easy to operate.
