  JL系列智能集成電力電容器是在智能電器總體發(fā)展柜架上開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)的全新一代低壓無(wú)功補(bǔ)償裝置。該裝置由智能集成模塊與電力電容器亮大部分組成，包括智能測(cè)控系統(tǒng)、過(guò)零投切系統(tǒng)、多種保護(hù)系統(tǒng)，通信系統(tǒng)、人機(jī)對(duì)話系統(tǒng)、電力電容器系統(tǒng)等。革命性地改變了傳統(tǒng)無(wú)功補(bǔ)償裝置落后的控制系統(tǒng)和機(jī)械式接觸器或機(jī)電一體化開(kāi)關(guān)作為投切電容器的投切技術(shù)，改變了傳統(tǒng)無(wú)功補(bǔ)償裝置體積龐大和笨重的結(jié)構(gòu)模式。

  性能 Outstanding property
  過(guò)零投切：采用智能晶閘管復(fù)合開(kāi)關(guān)電路，實(shí)現(xiàn)等電壓投入，零電流切除，投切無(wú)涌流沖擊、無(wú)設(shè)備過(guò)電壓，無(wú)電弧重燃，大大提高了設(shè)備的耐電壓，電流沖擊、功耗小，減少了常規(guī)電容柜內(nèi)80%的能耗。
  分相補(bǔ)償：實(shí)現(xiàn)單相分別補(bǔ)償，解決三相負(fù)荷不平衡狀況，對(duì)無(wú)功缺額較大的一相進(jìn)行單獨(dú)補(bǔ)償，達(dá)到*化的補(bǔ)償效果。
  節(jié)能降耗：體積縮小50%左右，可節(jié)省土地、銅材、銀材、工程塑料等資源50%左右，導(dǎo)線電損、接點(diǎn)電損、器件等電損降低50%左右。
  溫度保護(hù)：配有溫度傳感器，能夠反映電容過(guò)電流、過(guò)諧波、漏電流過(guò)大和環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高有情情況下導(dǎo)致電容器內(nèi)部發(fā)熱，實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)溫度保護(hù)，超過(guò)設(shè)定溫度以后自動(dòng)切除電容器，退出運(yùn)行，達(dá)到保護(hù)設(shè)備的目的。
  智能網(wǎng)絡(luò)：多臺(tái)智能集成電力電容器聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用時(shí)，自動(dòng)生成一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，其中地址碼zui小的一個(gè)為主機(jī)；如果主機(jī)故障推出，在其余從機(jī)中產(chǎn)生一個(gè)新的主機(jī)組成新的系統(tǒng)；容量相同的電容器按循環(huán)投切原則，容量不同的電容器按適補(bǔ)原則投切；485 通訊接口可以接入后臺(tái)計(jì)算機(jī)，進(jìn)行配電綜合管理。

  Inligent network:when multipie inligent integrated power capacitors are connected, there will automatically generate a network with the capacitor with the smallest address code as the base machine;if the base machine fails and stops working,one of the other capacitors will become the new base machine to form a new system;for capacitors with the same capacity,apply circulating switching principie,for capacitors with different capacitor, apply the principle of suitable one to supplement;it can be connected to backing computer through the cornmunication interface 485 to realize integrated management of power distribution.
