雙螺旋速凍機
Double Drum Spiral Freezer
雙螺旋速凍機是在較小的地面空間內(nèi)凍結大量產(chǎn)品的高效凍結裝置。凍結量可達500kg/h-6000kg/h.
結構特點：
n 保溫結構系統(tǒng)是由不銹鋼金屬保溫板所組成，內(nèi)部聚氨酯充注發(fā)泡。地臺225mm厚，*不銹鋼連續(xù)焊結，不滲水，無沉降
n 傳送網(wǎng)帶由SUS304不銹鋼所組成，采用高強度不銹鋼螺旋網(wǎng)絲，穿桿端頭采用自動化高周波成型技術，運行更加平穩(wěn)，使用壽命更持久
n 蒸發(fā)器使用工業(yè)鋁合金材料制作，鋁管，鋁翅片，管子排布緊密，換熱性能好
n 控制系統(tǒng)控制柜由SUS304不銹鋼制成，可根據(jù)需要選用繼電器，PLC或觸摸屏控制
n 安全裝置設有：傳送帶翻起感應器，網(wǎng)帶調(diào)節(jié)感應器，緊急停止開關，以確保設備安全運行
Double drum spiral freezer is a high efficient freezing system which can freeze large quantity of products in limited place. Freezing capacity is between 500kg/h to 6000kg/h.
Main features:
n Stainless steel insulated panel filled with PU foam, 120mm thickness. The insulated floor, 225mm thickness, is welded seamlessly. No leaking and sinking.
n Conveyor belt is made up of special high strength SUS304 spiral mesh. High frequency induction heater is used for rod header forming. Running smoother and lasting longer.
n Aluminum alloy evaporator. Aluminum pipes and fins are densely designed for good heat exchange.
n SUS304 electric control box. It can be controlled by relay,PLC or touch screen.
n Safety device: conveyor belt turn over inductor, belt induction regulator, emergency switch.

螺旋速凍機廣泛適用于面包發(fā)酵，；冷卻應用領域及海產(chǎn)品，面點，肉類產(chǎn)品，家禽產(chǎn)品以及乳制品，冰激凌等食品的單體速凍。
Spiral freezer is widely used for fermenting and cooling bread, freezing seafood, pastry, meat, poultry, ice cream, ect.
