帶式油水分離機(jī)（刮油機(jī)、撇油機(jī)、浮油吸收機(jī)、浮油撈除機(jī)）廣泛應(yīng)用于數(shù)控機(jī)床、CNC加工中心等機(jī)床中的水劑、乳化液中漂浮的油污自動(dòng)分離出來，從而延長(zhǎng)了冷卻液的壽命，同時(shí)也延長(zhǎng)了刀具的使用壽命，保證了加工精度。

工作原理：
利用油水之間不同重力和表面張力等特性，當(dāng)刮油帶穿過水面時(shí)，吸取并帶走表面各種浮油。
