一、 簡介和主要參數(shù)
Introduction and specifications
BH型半自動活塞式（自吸）灌裝機，廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、醫(yī)藥、日化及農(nóng)藥等行業(yè)，適合水或輕粘稠物料的灌裝。如果汁、牛奶、膠水、墨水、洗發(fā)水、洗手液、沐浴露等。

二、 工作原理
Operating principles
灌裝機工作原理是：通過氣缸的前后運動，帶動料缸內(nèi)的活塞作往復(fù)運動，從而使料缸前腔產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓。
Operating principles of the filling machine: The piston in the charging cylinder is driven to reciprocate and thereby generate negative pressure in the front chamber of the cylinder via the forward and backward motions of the cylinder.
當(dāng)氣缸向后運動時，拉動活塞向后，料缸前腔產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓。供料桶內(nèi)的物料被大氣壓力壓入出進(jìn)料軟管，通過進(jìn)出料的三通管進(jìn)入料缸。
When the cylinder moves backward, the piston is driven to travel backward and generates negative pressure in the front chamber of the cylinder. Then the material in the feeding tank enters the feed hose and the charging cylinder via the tee piece under atmospheric pressure.
當(dāng)氣缸向前運動時，推動活塞向前，擠壓物料。物料通過出料接頭內(nèi)的單向閥門，進(jìn)入出料軟管，進(jìn)入待灌空瓶，完成一次灌裝。
When the cylinder moves forward, the piston, the piston is driven to travel forward and extrude the material. The material enters the discharge hose through the one-way valve in the outlet joint. Now a filling cycle is completed.
三、 開機前的檢查和操作順序
Examinations before start and operating procedures
開機前必須檢查各部份機械和電器是否正常，以免造成機器故障或人身傷害事故。
It is important to check that all mechanical and electric parts of the machine function normally so as to prevent machine damage and personal injury.
檢查內(nèi)容為：
Check the following aspects:
- 前、后夾緊手柄是否夾緊。
Check that the front and rear clamping levels clamp well.
- 進(jìn)出料三通的三端卡箍是否夾緊。
Check that the three clips at the three ends of the tee piece.
- 上下、前后調(diào)節(jié)十字接頭是否夾緊。
Check the cruciform joints for upward and downward as well as forward and backward adjustment are secured.
操作順序為：
Operate as follows:
- 接通空壓氣源（壓力8kg/cm2）。
Connect the machine to air supply （pressure 8 kg/cm2）.
- 打開氣源開關(guān)。
Open the air supply switch.
- 將手動、自動開關(guān)切換至手動檔。
Set the Manual/Auto switches to Manual position.
- 按下腳踏開關(guān)。
Press down the food switch.
氣缸向前運動完成一次灌裝。（注：嚴(yán)禁長時間無料工作）
The cylinder moves forward to complete a filling cycle. （Extended no-load operation is forbidden.）
四、 灌裝量的調(diào)整
Adjustment of filling amount
灌裝量的調(diào)整，上下移動設(shè)置在氣缸下部的感應(yīng)開關(guān)，就可以改變灌裝量。
Filling amount can be changed setting the inductive switch beneath the cylinder.
重復(fù)調(diào)整，直至調(diào)整到所需要的裝量和精度。
Repeatedly adjust the switch until you reach the desired filling amount and accuracy.
五、 灌裝速度的調(diào)整
Adjustment of filling rate
灌裝速度是由以下5個因素決定的：
Filing rate depends on the following five factors.
- 吸取的速度取決于產(chǎn)品的粘度和吸取管的長度。
The sucking speed depends on the viscosity of product and length of suction pipe.
- 灌裝速度取決于灌裝頭口徑的大小，口徑大則速度快。
The filling rate depends on the diameter of the outlet of the filling head. The bigger the diameter is, the higher the rate will be.
- 產(chǎn)品的起泡程度，高泡的產(chǎn)品灌裝速度應(yīng)放慢。
Foaming degree of product: Products with high foaming degree shall be filled at low rate.
- 灌裝量的多少，灌裝量多的則速度較慢。
Filling amount: A big amount of product shall be filled at low rate.
- 灌裝量的精度，精度要求高的，則灌裝速度應(yīng)該調(diào)慢。
Filling accuracy: The filling rate shall be reduced for product with requirement for high accuracy.
調(diào)整操作如下：
The adjusting procedures are as follows:
- 松開前、后調(diào)速閥調(diào)整螺母。
Loosen the adjusting nuts on the front and rear flow control valves.
- 順時針轉(zhuǎn)動前單向節(jié)流閥手柄，氣缸前行速度放慢，裝料速度也放慢。
When the level of the front one-way throttle valve is turned clockwise, the forward traveling speed of the cylinder and charging speed slow down.
- 逆時針轉(zhuǎn)動前單向節(jié)流閥手柄，氣缸前行速度加快，裝料速度也加快。
When the level of the front one-way throttle valve is turned counterclockwise, the forward traveling speed of the cylinder and charging speed increase.
- 順時針轉(zhuǎn)動后單向節(jié)流閥手柄，氣缸后退速度放慢，吸料速度同時放慢。
When the level of the rear one-way throttle valve is turned clockwise, the backward traveling speed of the cylinder and sucking speed slow down at the same time.
- 逆時針轉(zhuǎn)動后單向節(jié)流閥手柄，氣缸后退速度加快，吸料速度也加快。
When the level of the rear one-way throttle valve is turned counterclockwise, the backward traveling speed of the cylinder and sucking speed increase.
六、 灌裝精度的調(diào)整
Adjustment of filling accuracy
灌裝誤差的產(chǎn)生，主要由灌裝量、灌裝速度、上下閥門的開關(guān)速度來確定。而上下閥門的開關(guān)速度與產(chǎn)品的粘度有關(guān)，粘度越大，則閥門開關(guān)速度越慢。
Filling deviation depends on filling amount, filling rate and the switching speed of the upper and lower valves. The switching speed of the upper and lower valves depends on the viscosity of product. The higher the viscosity of the product is, the slower switching speed of the valves will be.
調(diào)整閥門的開關(guān)速度主要調(diào)整閥門的彈簧壓力。彈簧壓力增加，則閥門的開關(guān)速度加快。
The switching speed of the upper and lower valves can be adjusted by regulating the spring force of them.
調(diào)整閥門的彈簧壓力大小，應(yīng)通過試灌裝計量及操作人員的經(jīng)驗來確定。
The switching speed increases with the spring force. The adjustment of the spring force of the valves shall be determined by trial filing metering and the experience of operator.

七、 洗保養(yǎng)維護(hù)
Cleaning and maintenance
清洗之前應(yīng)把機器內(nèi)的剩余產(chǎn)品清除干凈，然后在料桶內(nèi)灌滿柔和清洗洗液。當(dāng)清洗時，要確定O型圈是否安裝好。打開機器，讓機器循環(huán)灌裝，直到清潔為止。應(yīng)*清洗所有和物料接觸的部件，包括活塞缸、活塞頭、O型圈、單向閥、灌裝頭、料桶、料斗等，發(fā)現(xiàn)破裂損傷的密封應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行更換。
Before cleaning, make sure to thoroughly remove the product residue in the machine. Then fill the feeding tank with moderate cleaning agent. Make sure that the O-ring is properly installed. Start the machine and allow it to perform repeated filling operations until it is thoroughly cleaned. Thoroughly clean all parts exposed to material, including piston barrel, piston head, O-ring, one-way valve, filling head, feeding tank, hopper, etc. Damaged seal shall be immediay replaced.
警告：在清洗之前必須檢查壓縮空氣和電源是否關(guān)閉。如果沒有關(guān)閉，請關(guān)閉壓縮空氣和電源。嚴(yán)禁使用有機溶劑清洗機器。
Warning: Make sure to check that compressed air and power supply are disconnected before cleaning. If not, disconnect them. Organic solvent shall not be used to clean the machine.
在所有零件清洗完成后，建議等到零件干燥后安裝，并確定沒有水和其它雜物進(jìn)入空壓管和連接體內(nèi)。
When all parts are cleaned, it is recommended to install them after they become dry and you make sure there is no water or other impurities entering the pneumatic piping and connecting body.
八、 常見故障的解決辦法
