該磨漿系統(tǒng)采用負壓提升、定量給豆、定量給水磨漿之配置，可實現吸豆自動控制、豆?jié){濃度自動控制、磨漿自動控制三個重要制漿環(huán)節(jié)。不同品種的豆制品，對豆?jié){的濃度要求也有所不同，在制漿時靠人工操作較難控制漿的濃度，對制漿人員的技術水平也要求較高，給工廠帶來不便，此款磨漿系統(tǒng)即為解決這些問題而誕生，可方便地根據生產需要任意設定豆?jié){濃度，設計合理、操作簡單，整機結構緊湊、占地面積小。
The pulp grinding system adopts the configuration of negative pressure hoisting, quantitative bean supply, quantitative water supply and pulp grinding, can realize three important pulp making links, i.e. automatic control of bean absorption, automatic control of soybean milk concentration and automatic control of pulp grinding. Different varieties of bean products have different requirements for soybean milk concentration; it is difficult to control the pulp concentration depending on the manual operation when making pulp and has higher requirements for the technical level of pulp making personnel so that causes much inconvenience to the factory. The pulp grinding system is used for solving these problems and can conveniently set up the soybean milk concentration according to the production needs; the whole machine has reasonable design, simple operation and compact structure, occupies small floor area.
