1.1 調(diào)試前的檢查
調(diào)試前的檢查主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：
檢查各部位，特別是各段膨化腔的連接螺釘、地腳螺栓、電機(jī)座與機(jī)架的連接螺栓、膨
化腔與機(jī)架的螺栓聯(lián)接，不得有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象
電機(jī)接線合處的各段線路檢查
 手動(dòng)使主軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，此時(shí)膨化腔內(nèi)不得有任何碰擦聲音，如有碰擦聲音需要調(diào)整，詳細(xì)方
1.1.1 膨化腔與螺桿間隙的調(diào)整
 檢查并清理水路、汽路。所有過(guò)濾器需清理
 檢查旁通導(dǎo)料板轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活自如
為減少振動(dòng)以及保證皮帶傳動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性，電機(jī)皮帶輪的端面和膨化腔主軸皮帶輪端面必須保持在同一平面內(nèi)。這可通過(guò)裝在兩皮帶輪中間的錐形脹套結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)調(diào)整皮帶輪在軸上的位置，以達(dá)到上述要求。傳動(dòng)三角帶過(guò)松，則易打滑，過(guò)緊則對(duì)軸的拉力過(guò)大，降低三角帶的使用壽命。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)導(dǎo)軌上的張緊螺栓，使三角帶的張緊度處于適當(dāng)裝態(tài)，即用29kg 的力作用在皮帶直邊的中點(diǎn)。并使其撓曲偏移量為14mm 時(shí)為適當(dāng)，同時(shí)要注意電機(jī)軸與主軸平行。各個(gè)防護(hù)罩是否安裝到位檢查油箱與軸承座有無(wú)漏油的發(fā)生，如油位下降需要補(bǔ)充循環(huán)冷卻軸承油根據(jù)指示標(biāo)牌檢查各個(gè)電機(jī)的正反轉(zhuǎn)，并作相應(yīng)調(diào)整所有電機(jī)空機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查有無(wú)異常現(xiàn)象

在每次開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)都必須保證螺桿在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中與膨化腔內(nèi)壁沒(méi)有任何碰擦聲音。如膨化腔偏位，螺桿在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中與膨化腔摩擦撞擊，會(huì)大大影響螺桿的使用壽命，甚至直接把螺桿打碎。同時(shí)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，膨化腔偏心也會(huì)使生產(chǎn)不穩(wěn)定，影響產(chǎn)量。僅在主機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)膨化腔沒(méi)有任何碰擦聲音才說(shuō)明調(diào)整適合。
