本設(shè)備適用于中藥、西藥、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、口服液、化工、食品、味精、乳品等物料濃縮，尤其適用于熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃，我公司經(jīng)過精心計(jì)算，周密設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)后，比原來的特點(diǎn)效益更多。貴廠可根據(jù)濃縮量大，來選用技術(shù)參數(shù)中系統(tǒng)濃縮器。
The concentrator is suitable to concentrate the China traditional durg,west durg,dextrose,amglum,monoso-dium glutamate,food and milk product and chemical material,especially suitable to concentrate the feature and profit is much more obvious.The client can choose the various concentrator in accordance with the concentration content.
特點(diǎn)與效益：
1、 節(jié)能效益，按SJN-1000型計(jì)算，一年節(jié)約蒸氣約5400噸，冷卻水14萬噸，節(jié)約電13萬多度，降低成本近20萬元。
2、 本濃縮器采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，具有蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重大，可達(dá)1.4(一般中藥浸膏)，不需敞口鍋收膏。
3、 本濃縮器采用三效同時(shí)蒸發(fā)，二次蒸汽得到反復(fù)使用，與單效比能耗約降70%，不到一年可用節(jié)能費(fèi)中收回本濃縮器的全部投資。
4、 多功能操作特點(diǎn)為：(1)以回收酒精濃度在80度左右，(2)三效可以濃縮三種不同的物料，(3)一效、二效、三效，二效、一效可以反復(fù)交鍋收膏。
5、 本濃縮器有特殊構(gòu)造，濃縮出來的具有味道濃，膏質(zhì)均勻，使物料在密封中無泡沫狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行濃縮，不易跑料，減少污染，當(dāng)天濃縮完畢，不易結(jié)焦，清洗方便，打開加熱器上下蓋即可清洗，并節(jié)約勞力，一個(gè)可以操作。
6、 本濃縮器與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼SUS304制造，加熱器，蒸發(fā)器外面設(shè)有保溫層，保溫采用聚胺脂發(fā)泡，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Feature ＆profit
1、Energy-saving profit:Take SJN-1000 as example,the saves respectivelyin the terms of vapor,water and electric per year are about 5400 tons,140000 tons and 130000watt,equal to RMB200000 yuan around.
2、The device uses the modes of outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation featuring swift evaporation with concentration proportion of 1.4(in case of normal China traditional immerse cream).
3、The concentrator uses triple-effect to synchronouslyvapor ,which to utmost extent utilize the second vapor.The client can lower investment in boiler and the energy consumption can be 70% less than that of the single-effect concentrator it is about less than one year that the client can withdraw the investment in the concentrator.
4、Feature of multiple function handleL1)The reclaimable alcohol concentration is about 80%.(2)The triple-effect can concentrate three different materials.(3)The single-effect,dual-effect and tripl-effect can collect cream together time after time.(4)The intermittent and continuous material feding is available.(5)The one-off cream formation is available.The material input is finished by the first effect and after the second and thirst effect,the finished cream is available one-off.
5、The special structure of concentrator can bring the concentrated material thick taste and even cream quality.The concentration under the seal and non-bubble condition can prevent material loss and pollution.The present material can be concentrated pressntly,which features immune to block and convenient cleaning which can be make just by opening the up and down covers and can be make by one person.
6、The part inside the concentrator in contact with the caterial is made with stainless steel SUS304.The thermal layer made with polyurethane is available at the heater and evaporator.The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing,meeting with the GMP standard.
