   適用范圍：旋轉(zhuǎn)式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘烤是面包生產(chǎn)線的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，特別對高質(zhì)量的面包zui為適宜，效果*，是目前年代國內(nèi)的食品烘烤設(shè)備。該設(shè)備采用柴油燃燒器和電加熱兩種。其外形和內(nèi)室均采用不銹鋼制作，即清潔又衛(wèi)生，本機(jī)應(yīng)用了熱風(fēng)對流、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)和緩慢自轉(zhuǎn)小車相結(jié)合，使食品各部門受熱均勻，加上噴水加濕裝置，保證了爐內(nèi)食品符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的濕度，并通過一定的溫度時間使食品均勻熟化、富有彈性，松香可口。
