高光蒸汽模溫控制機(jī)是采用高光蒸汽，當(dāng)注塑機(jī)合模后吹入高光蒸汽，首先打模具溫度提高到一個設(shè)定值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機(jī)完成保壓轉(zhuǎn)入冷卻后，開始注入冷卻水，模具溫度很快下降到一個設(shè)定值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把冷卻水*吹走，完成整個注塑過程。奧德開發(fā)的高光蒸汽模溫控制機(jī)，整機(jī)備有高光蒸汽模溫控制機(jī)和冷水增壓系統(tǒng)，并增加了熱水和冷卻水回收系統(tǒng)，節(jié)能*，利潤也相當(dāng)可觀，這是卡塞爾高光過熱水模溫控制機(jī)的優(yōu)勢所在。

高光蒸汽輔助成型控制機(jī)技術(shù)是采用高溫蒸汽，當(dāng)注塑機(jī)合模后注入高溫蒸汽，首先把模具溫度提高到一個設(shè)定溫度值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機(jī)完成保壓后迅速注入冷卻水或冷凍水，使之模具在短時(shí)間內(nèi)降到一個設(shè)定的溫度值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把殘余的冷水吹走，完成一個周期的注塑過程，通過這種迅速冷熱方式控制塑料的成型可以完*塑料件的外觀缺陷，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。
