產(chǎn)品用途 Purposes
適用于各種馬口鐵罐、鋁合金罐、塑料罐、紙罐等各種圓形規(guī)格易拉罐的封口，質(zhì)量可靠，操作簡便，是食品、飲料、制藥、化工等行業(yè)*的理想設(shè)備?？蓡为?dú)使用，也可以與其它灌裝生產(chǎn)線配套使用。
This product is used to seam all kinds of round cans like tin cans, aluminum cans, plastic cans and paper cans. With reliable quality and easy operation, it is ideal equipment necessary for such industries as food, beverage, pharmacy and chemical engineering. The machine can be used alone or together with other filling production lines.
性能特點(diǎn) Performance characteristics
1.具有兩對（四個）卷封輪,卷封時罐身固定不轉(zhuǎn)，卷封輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)；
1. With two pairs (four) of seaming rolls, the cans are stationary without rotating while the seaming rolls rotate at high speed during seaming;
2.通過更換壓蓋模、罐身固定轉(zhuǎn)盤、下蓋器等配件就可封不同規(guī)格的易拉罐；
2. Different-sized ring-pull cans can be seamed by replacing accessories like lid-pressing die, can clamp disc and lid-dropping device;
3.主機(jī)為變頻調(diào)速，PLC控制，人機(jī)界面觸摸屏操作，自動化程度高，操作簡單；
3. The machine is highly automatic and easily operated with VVVF, PLC control and human- machine interface touch panel;
4.罐蓋聯(lián)控裝置：當(dāng)有罐進(jìn)入時，才相應(yīng)給蓋，無罐不給蓋；
4. Can-lid interlock control: corresponding lid is given only when there is a can, and no lid no can;
5.無蓋停機(jī)：當(dāng)下蓋器沒有給蓋時，自動停機(jī)，避免罐身咬住壓蓋模、損壞卷封機(jī)構(gòu)零部件；
5. The machine will stop in the case of no lid: it can automatically stop when no lid is dropped by the lid-dropping device so as to avoid seizing of lid-pressing die by the can and parts damage of seaming mechanism;
6.卷封機(jī)構(gòu)采用同步帶傳動，維護(hù)簡單、噪音低；
6. The seaming mechanism is driven by synchronous belt, which allows simple maintenance and low noise;
7.輸送帶單獨(dú)無極調(diào)速，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作維護(hù)方便；
7. The continuously-variable conveyor is simple in structure and easy to operate and maintain;
8.外罩與主要零部件采用304不銹鋼，滿足食品、藥品衛(wèi)生要求。
8. The outer housing and main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel to meet hygienic requirements of food and drugs.
