    夾層鍋又名蒸汽鍋、蒸煮鍋、夾層蒸汽鍋。通常由鍋體和支腳組成。鍋體是由內(nèi)外球形鍋體組成的雙層結(jié)構(gòu)形式，中間夾層通入蒸汽加熱。有固定式、可傾式、攪拌式等樣式。夾層鍋具有受熱面積大、熱效率高、加熱均勻、液料沸騰時(shí)間短、加熱溫度容易控制、外型美觀、安裝容易、操作方便、安 全可靠等特點(diǎn)。夾層鍋廣泛應(yīng)用于各類食品的加工，也可用于大型餐廳或食堂熬湯、燒菜、燉肉、熬粥等，是食品加工提高質(zhì)量、縮短時(shí)間、改善勞動(dòng)條件的良好設(shè)備。

安裝步驟
 
1、擰緊撐架的兩顆緊定螺釘，搖轉(zhuǎn)鍋體時(shí)，兩端的進(jìn)水管和出水管不允許隨鍋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
2、安裝完畢，對(duì)攪拌式夾層鍋，應(yīng)作空車試運(yùn)檢查，待各傳動(dòng)部件運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后，方可投產(chǎn)使用
3、進(jìn)氣后，如接頭處漏氣，可旋緊螺帽，直到不漏為止。

Installation procedure
 
1. Tighten the two set screws of the bracket. When the pan is rotated, the inlet pipe and outlet pipe at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot.
 
2. After installation, the agitated sandwich pot should be put into operation with no load, and it can be put into operation after all transmission parts operate normally
 
3. After air intake, if there is air leakage at the joint, screw down the nut until there is no leakage.
