產品描述：

進口并聯(lián)泵采用雙進水口設計，葉輪轉子部件對稱布置，兩個流道通過出水段匯集后排出，實現(xiàn)流道并聯(lián)，流量加倍。適用于大流量、中高揚程的提水工程。該結構不僅能*平衡泵內轉子部件軸向力，而且結構緊湊，無外泄，效率高，運行穩(wěn)定，適用性更強，是自平衡型臥式多級離心泵系列的又一生力軍。

性能范圍

流量：Q=900～2400m³/h

揚程：H=120～500m

用于輸送不含固體顆粒、溫度低于80℃的清水或物理化學性質類似于清水的液體；

用于輸送顆粒含量≤1.5%，粒度≤1.3mm，溫度低于80℃的污水及中性礦井水；

用于輸送不含固體顆粒、溫度低于80℃、粘度小于120厘沲的油類和石油產品。

結構特點

1、新結構

采用雙進口，兩個進口位于泵的兩端，出口位于泵中間，轉子部件上葉輪*對稱布置，實現(xiàn)了自動平衡功能；與傳統(tǒng)多級泵相比，整體零部件減少，實現(xiàn)結構上的全新突破。

2、*的設計技術

采用有限元法進行強度計算，保證產品結構強度可靠，泵運行耐用，延長使用壽命；

采用*的CFD 技術，根據(jù)三元流動理論及網格劃分技術進行流動分析，產品效率較傳統(tǒng)設計方法高5%～8%。

3、高效節(jié)能

1）采用高效水力模型，經優(yōu)化后設計模型效率高于同比轉速水泵效率5% 以上；

2）泵兩端的雙進口結構，無需設置平衡水管，沒有平衡水外泄引起的容積損失；

3）泵體和轉子部件為對稱結構，無高低壓區(qū)的密封裝置，避免了密封泄漏引起的容積損失；

4）由于泵轉子沒有了平衡盤的損失及軸向脈動，降低了軸功率，在整體上提高了泵的運行效率。

4、高抗汽蝕性能

必須汽蝕余量較水平中開多級泵低3～5m，便于設計施工及管路安裝。

5、高可靠性

泵體結構兩端*對稱，軸向力高度平衡，泵運行*平穩(wěn)。無平衡盤等易損件，避免了普通泵需頻繁更換平衡盤引起的運行故障，具有*高效運行的特性。

6、免維護周期長

模塊化及快速的裝配和拆卸設計，允許水泵在不拆卸泵體和進、出口管路的情況下，更換密封、軸承，泵內取消了平衡盤等易損部件，節(jié)省了檢修時間，降低維修成本。

采用精密鑄造，與普通泵具有高度互換性，減少了維修拆裝次數(shù)，延長了產品壽命，免維護周期長，大限度地避免了由于拆裝過多引起的一系列問題，降低了維護成本。

7、適用范圍廣

取消了小間隙平衡盤，流道通過能力大大提高，普通泵允許通過的固體顆粒粒徑≤0.5mm，而并聯(lián)自平衡泵容許可通過大顆粒粒徑可達1.5mm，更適用于含有較大顆粒介質的礦山排水。
