該產(chǎn)品可用于許多苛刻的環(huán)境下，如核電站、軍事航艦。 屏蔽泵設計、鑄造和測試遵循但不限于以下標準：GB/T755、GB/T1032、GB/T3216、API685、JB6216 等。屏蔽泵是泵和電機合一的產(chǎn)品，在電機的定、轉(zhuǎn)子部分各有一個特殊金屬材料制成的套子，將它們各自密封，不和所輸送的液體介質(zhì)接觸，使電機的鐵心和繞組不受腐蝕，使定子繞組保持良好的絕緣性能。
屏蔽泵采用石墨軸承，依靠所輸送的液體來潤滑。軸承的磨損情況，對可靠運行十分重要。為了監(jiān)視軸承磨損狀況，一般都裝有機械式或電磁式軸承監(jiān)視器。當軸承的磨損量超過規(guī)定的允許值時，監(jiān)視器表盤的指針會指向紅區(qū)，即示“報警”。此時應立即停止運轉(zhuǎn)，進行檢查。如軸承的磨損量已超過極限值時應更換新的石墨軸承，否則有可能造成定、轉(zhuǎn)子屏蔽套相擦，直至屏蔽套損壞，導致液體介質(zhì)侵蝕到定子繞組等處，屏蔽泵造成電機損壞。

  3、安裝和后期維護：屏蔽泵的安裝和后期維護越簡單，越方便也好。良好的結構設計大大可以節(jié)約后期安裝，調(diào)試，維護費用。
  為了確保設備使用的穩(wěn)定性，在開始使用屏蔽泵之前，需要做好檢查工作，包括：
  1、檢查各元件的線路連接是否正常，如儀表盤，電動機，法蘭閥門等。
  2、屏蔽泵是嚴禁空介質(zhì)運行的，所以要在啟動前確保儲罐內(nèi)有一定的液體介質(zhì)。
  3、確保屏蔽泵電源電壓符合要求。
  4、如果該屏蔽泵同時附加了過濾器，則要保證其干凈清潔，符合要求。
  5、檢查屏蔽泵各部件見是否密閉，放置工作時出現(xiàn)泄露現(xiàn)象。
