高壓霧化噴嘴，又稱高壓精細霧化噴嘴，以黃銅或不銹鋼為主體，內(nèi)鑲不銹鋼噴嘴芯和不銹鋼導(dǎo)流葉片,內(nèi)含防滴漏裝置。液體在10Kg-70kg的水壓之下，高速流動，在導(dǎo)流葉片中形成一個離心旋渦，從高壓霧化噴嘴噴孔中噴出極細微的空心式霧粒。高壓霧化噴嘴使用特氛龍灘網(wǎng)，霧粒粒徑僅為3-5微米，此種高壓霧化噴嘴噴孔是使用美國精密打孔機打孔,孔徑在0.1mm—0.5mm之間，高壓霧化噴嘴的自由組合，可以有效的調(diào)節(jié)加濕量和噴霧效果。該高壓霧化噴嘴的特點是不易堵塞，耐磨性好，噴霧均勻，可以有效的提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn) 效率，制作精良，使用成本低廉。同時我公司還生產(chǎn)和其配套使用的各種噴霧主機,高壓管路件，如三通，單噴座，雙噴座，直通，彎頭，未端堵頭等。
