產(chǎn)品描述：

進口防爆風機密封度好，不漏氣，無油氣，有防爆證、安全可靠、鋁合金鑄造；輸出的空氣干凈的，精度高；體積小，無污染，機座是采用平行垂直散熱片的結(jié)構(gòu)，增大散熱面積等多種電氣、機械設計措施，在防塵防水方面比的IP54提高一個等級，使得電機的運行更加可靠。

進口防爆風機的特點

1、一般都是鋁外殼，運行可靠，堅固耐用。。

2、少油或無油運轉(zhuǎn)，輸出的空氣是干凈的可提高能源利用率。

3、免維護使用，它的損耗件僅僅是兩個軸承，在保質(zhì)期內(nèi)可免維護使用。

4、相對于離心風機來說，其壓力高很多，往往是離心風機的十幾倍以上。

5、機械磨損非常微小，因為除了軸承之外，沒其它的機械接觸部分，所以使用壽命長。

6、低噪音加馬達式地yi體消聲設備，震動達到低。

7、體積小型，易于安裝與使用在各類機械設備上。

                  防爆區(qū)域須知：易爆物質(zhì): 很多生產(chǎn)場所都會產(chǎn)生某些可燃性物質(zhì)。煤礦井下約有三分之二的場所有存在爆炸性物質(zhì)；化學工業(yè)中，約有 80% 以上的生產(chǎn)車間區(qū)域存在爆#炸性物質(zhì)。氧氣 : 空氣中的氧氣是無處不在的。點燃源 : 在生產(chǎn)過程中大量使用電氣儀表，各種磨擦的電火花 , 機械磨損火花、靜電火花、高溫等不可避免，尤其當儀表、電氣發(fā)生故障時。 客觀上很多工業(yè)現(xiàn)場滿足爆#炸條件。當爆#炸性物質(zhì)與氧氣的混合濃度處于爆炸極限范圍內(nèi)時，若存在爆#炸源，將會發(fā)生爆#炸。因此采取防爆就顯得很必要了。

 安裝事項 
1、風機應放置在較平穩(wěn)的地方，周圍環(huán)境應清潔、干燥、通風。 
2、葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須與風扇罩殼上所標箭頭方向*。 
3、風機工作時，工作壓力不得大于8kpa，以免使氣泵產(chǎn)生過大的熱量和電動機超電流引起氣泵損壞。 
4、嚴禁固體、液體及有腐蝕氣體進入風機泵體。 
5、進出氣兩端的過濾網(wǎng)和消音裝置應根據(jù)情況適時清洗，以免堵塞影響使用。 
6、風機進出氣口外聯(lián)接必須采用軟管聯(lián)接（如橡膠管、塑料彈簧管）。 
7、軸承的更換：更換軸承必須由熟悉修理工作的人進行操作。先擰松泵蓋上的螺釘，然后按圖示順序逐一拆卸零件，拆下的零件應經(jīng)過清洗，然后按反順序裝配。拆卸時，不能硬撬葉輪，應用拉馬拉出，同時不要遺漏調(diào)節(jié)墊片，以免影響出廠時已調(diào)節(jié)器好的間隙。 
8、風機除電機轉(zhuǎn)子兩只軸承外，其它部位沒有直接接觸摩擦。本氣泵軸承安裝方式主要分二類。一類氣泵端的軸承安裝在電機機座和葉輪中間的泵體內(nèi)，這類氣泵平時不需要加潤滑脂。第二類氣泵端的軸承是安裝在泵蓋中間，此類氣泵端的軸承應定期加潤滑脂（7018高速潤滑脂）。每月一次，對于三班連續(xù)工作的氣泵應當增加加油次數(shù)。此類氣泵電機風扇端的軸承維護保養(yǎng)按一類氣泵。
