進(jìn)口臥式單級雙吸離心泵技術(shù)參數(shù)：

（1）.水泵軸承溫度不應(yīng)超過75°C。 

（2）.潤滑軸承用的鈣基黃油數(shù)量應(yīng)以占軸承體空間的1/3-1/2為宜。 

（3）.填料磨損時(shí)可適當(dāng)壓緊填料壓蓋，若磨損過多時(shí)應(yīng)予更換。 

（4）.運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)噪音或其它不正常的聲音時(shí)應(yīng)立即停車，檢查其原因。 

（5）.定期檢查彈性聯(lián)軸器部件，注意電機(jī)軸承溫升。

進(jìn)口臥式單級雙吸離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

（1）單級雙吸離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、占地空間?。贿M(jìn)出口成90度角，安裝方便。采用便拆結(jié)構(gòu)使泵在檢修時(shí)不需拆卸進(jìn)出口管路和電機(jī)。轉(zhuǎn)子為一組合件，檢修十分方便。這一優(yōu)點(diǎn)對更換大功率泵的軸承和機(jī)械密封等易損件優(yōu)為明顯。
（2）單級雙吸泵轉(zhuǎn)子部件軸向尺寸短因而剛性好，而且泵與電機(jī)架、電機(jī)架與電機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器之間的聯(lián)接均為止口聯(lián)接，組件同心度高。同時(shí)優(yōu)秀的水力模型幾乎沒有軸向力和徑向力，因而運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪音低、振動小。
（3）單級雙吸泵泵軸采用獨(dú)立的軸承支承，保證電機(jī)*安全地運(yùn)行，泵軸承采用油脂潤滑，軸承壓蓋設(shè)有加油油杯。

臥式雙吸離心泵工作條件：

（1）臥式雙吸離心泵系統(tǒng)zui高工作壓力為2.5Mpa；即泵出口壓力=泵入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤2.5Mpa。根據(jù)泵承受的zui大壓力，泵體和泵蓋材質(zhì)采用灰口鑄鐵（1.6Mpa）、球墨鑄鐵（2.0Mpa）、鑄鋼（2.5 Mpa，包括不銹鋼）。在訂貨時(shí)敬請注明泵的承壓情況和材質(zhì)。
（2）臥式雙吸離心泵工作介質(zhì)為溫度不超過100℃的清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似清水的其他液體。
