進(jìn)口氟塑料泵工作原理
1.泵殼匯集從各葉片間被拋出的液體，這些液體在殼內(nèi)順著蝸殼形通道逐漸擴(kuò)大的方向流動(dòng)，使流體的動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)化為靜壓能，減小能量損失。所以泵殼的作用不僅在于匯集液體，它更是一個(gè)能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置。
2.葉輪被泵軸帶動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，流體受離心力的作用，由葉輪中心被拋向外圍。當(dāng)流體到達(dá)葉輪外周時(shí)，流速非常高。
3.軸封裝置保證離心泵正常、高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。離心泵在工作是泵軸旋轉(zhuǎn)而殼不動(dòng)，其間的環(huán)隙如果不加以密封或密封不好，則外界的空氣會(huì)滲入葉輪中心的低壓區(qū)，使泵的流量、效率下降。嚴(yán)重時(shí)流量為零——氣縛。通常，可以采用機(jī)械密封或填料密封來實(shí)現(xiàn)軸與殼之間的密封。
4.液體吸上原理：依靠葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，迫使葉輪中心的液體以很高的速度被拋開，從而在葉輪中心形成低壓，低位槽中的液體因此被*地吸上。 氣縛現(xiàn)象：如果離心泵在啟動(dòng)前殼內(nèi)充滿的是氣體，則啟動(dòng)后葉輪中心氣體被拋時(shí)不能在該處形成足夠大的真空度，這樣槽內(nèi)液體便不能被吸上。這一現(xiàn)象稱為氣縛。 皖金泵閥為防止氣縛現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生，離心泵啟動(dòng)前要用外來的液體將泵殼內(nèi)空間灌滿。這一步操作稱為灌泵。為防止灌入泵殼內(nèi)的液體因重力流入低位槽內(nèi)，在泵吸入管路的入口處裝有止逆閥(底閥);如果泵的位置低于槽內(nèi)液面，則啟動(dòng)時(shí)無需灌泵。
