氣動(dòng)隔膜泵既能抽送流動(dòng)的液體，又能輸送一些不易流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、潛水泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵和雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機(jī)械的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

1、泵不需灌引水．吸程高達(dá)5m．揚(yáng)程達(dá)50m．出口壓力≥5bar。

2、泵流動(dòng)寬敞，通過性能好．允許通過大顆粒直徑達(dá)10mm。抽送泥漿、雜質(zhì)日寸，對(duì)泵磨損甚微；

3、揚(yáng)程、流量可通過氣閥開度實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)(氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在1—7 bar之間)：

4、泵無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，沒有軸封，泵等抽送的介質(zhì)與泵的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件、工件介質(zhì)*隔開，所輸送的介質(zhì)不會(huì)向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易發(fā)揮或腐蝕性介質(zhì)時(shí)，不會(huì)造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全；

6、泵可以浸沒在介質(zhì)中工作；

7、泵使用方便、工作可靠、開停只需簡單地打開和關(guān)閉氣體閥門．即使由于意外情況而長時(shí)間無介質(zhì)運(yùn)行或突然停機(jī)泵也不會(huì)因此而損壞．一旦超負(fù)荷，泵會(huì)自地動(dòng)停機(jī)，具有自我保護(hù)性能，當(dāng)負(fù)荷恢復(fù)正常后，又能自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行；

8、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、易損件少，該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，安裝、維修方便，泵輸送的介質(zhì)不會(huì)接觸到配氣閥，聯(lián)桿等運(yùn)動(dòng)部件，不象其他類型的泵因轉(zhuǎn)子、活塞、齒輪、葉片等部件的磨損而使性能逐步下降：

9、可輸送較粘的液體(粘度在1萬厘泊以下)；

10、泵無須用油潤滑，即使空轉(zhuǎn)．對(duì)泵也無任何影響，這是該泵大特點(diǎn)。

1、由于用空氣作動(dòng)力，所以流量隨背壓(出口阻力)的變化而自動(dòng)調(diào)整，適合用于中高粘度的流體。而離心泵的工作點(diǎn)是以水為基準(zhǔn)設(shè)定好的，如果用于粘度稍高的流體，則需要配套減速機(jī)或變頻調(diào)速器，成本就大大的提高了，對(duì)于齒輪泵也是同樣如此。

2、在易燃易爆的環(huán)境中用氣動(dòng)泵可靠且成本低，如燃料的輸送，因?yàn)椋阂?、接地后不可能產(chǎn)生火花；二、工作中無熱量產(chǎn)生，機(jī)器不會(huì)過熱；第三、流體不會(huì)過熱因?yàn)楦裟け脤?duì)流體的攪動(dòng)小。

3、在工地惡劣的地方，如建筑工地、 工礦的 廢水排放、由于污水中的雜質(zhì)多且成分復(fù)雜，管路易于堵塞，這樣對(duì)電泵就形成負(fù)荷過高的情況，電機(jī)發(fā)熱易損。氣動(dòng)隔膜泵可通過顆粒且流量可調(diào)，管道堵塞時(shí)自動(dòng)停止至通暢。
