進(jìn)口羅茨真空泵結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理 
本機(jī)系由電機(jī)通過三角皮帶輪帶動(dòng)主動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，并通過同步齒輪帶動(dòng)從動(dòng)齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)從動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，兩轉(zhuǎn)子互不接觸，且保持0.4mm左右的間隙量。轉(zhuǎn)子與泵體及端蓋間分別保持0.25mm左右的間隙量。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，在泵腔下部，由于兩轉(zhuǎn)子的不斷分離，造成容積擴(kuò)張，在上部由于兩轉(zhuǎn)子的不斷接進(jìn)造成容積的收縮，從而完成吸、排氣體的作用，并在吸入側(cè)造成真空，而排氣側(cè)與大氣導(dǎo)通，接近大氣壓。泵體的出口有一消音箱，并同時(shí)具有穩(wěn)定壓力，密封作用，提高泵的工作效率。
