1. 鍋爐設(shè)計及制造均遵照《蒸汽鍋爐安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》中規(guī)定選取。
2. 鍋爐所用受熱面材料和焊條焊絲應(yīng)有質(zhì)量證明書。
3. 鍋爐制造按JB/T1618《鍋殼鍋爐受壓元件制造技術(shù)條件》進行。
4. 鍋爐焊接按JB/T1613《鍋爐受壓元件焊接技術(shù)條件》進行。
5. 鍋爐受壓元件的焊接必須由《鍋爐鍋爐壓力容器壓力管道焊工考試與管理規(guī)則》考試合格的焊工擔(dān)任。
6. 鍋爐無損探傷檢測按JB/T4730《承壓設(shè)備無損探測》及《蒸汽鍋爐安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》第82條規(guī)定對焊接縫應(yīng)進行探傷,質(zhì)量不低于II及為合格。
7. 鍋爐本題制造完工后,按JB/T1612 《鍋爐水壓試驗技術(shù)條件》進行,試驗壓力為1.2MPa。
鍋爐的油漆和包裝運輸參照JB/T1615-91相關(guān)規(guī)定。

Integrative combustion configuration system

This series boiler adopts horizontal internal-combustion, and three-pass full wet-back structure, and also adopts advanced threaded flue heat transfer technology. The front and rear smoke boxes are equipped with removable doors. The product is consisted of chassis, shell, thermal insulation layer, burner, electric cabinet and corresponding water and electricity lines. Heavy oil, light oil, natural gas and urban gas are all suitable for this product. And it can meet heating and air conditioning and production needs of many buildings.

Advanced full-automatic control function

Adopt the full-automatic microcomputer program control, and inligent control of integrated automatic pressure control, flame detection, water deficiency protection, automatic alarming, etc. The inligent one-key control brings easy operation, and you need only to press the key gently, and then the boiler will enter the full-automatic operation state, and all safety protection devices will start to work without person on duty, making the operators feel more secured and assured.

Safe and scientific structural design

It is equipped with multiple interlock protection devices such as safety valve, pressure controller, water level controlling protector, etc., ensuring absolute safety and reliability. The boiler design and manufacture should follow the Technical Supervision Regulation for Safety of Steam Boilers.
The heating surface material, covered electrode and welding wire of the boiler should all have quality certificates.
The boiler should be manufactured according to JB/T1618 Technical Conditions for Manufacturing of Pressure Parts of Shell Boilers.
The boiler should be welded according to JB/T1613 Technical Conditions for Welding of Boiler Pressure Parts.
The boiler pressure parts should be welded by the welder who has passed the examination about Examination and Administrative Rules for Welders Specializing in Boilers and Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipes.
Boiler non-destructive inspection and testing should follow JB/T4730 Pressure Equipment Non-destructive Testing and Article 82 of Technical Supervision Regulation for Safety of Steam Boilers, inspection should be carried out for the welded joint, and the boiler with quality not lower than II is qualified.
After the boiler manufacturing is completed, it should be tested according to JB/T1612 Technical Condition for Testing of Boiler Water Pressure, and the test pressure is 1.2MPa.
Painting, packaging and transportation of the boilers should be subject to relevant regulations of JB/T1615-91.
