1進口加油機電磁閥概述：

為了解決加油機預置加油計量不準的狀況，在電腦加油機上加裝了電磁閥，通過電磁閥對電腦加油機大、小流量的控制達到快速高效及所加油料的精確計算，提高加油機預置加油的準確度。

2進口加油機電磁閥工作原理：

進口加油機電磁閥由閥體、閥蓋、大小流量線圈、大小流量先導閥、膜片等組成。當大小流量線圈斷電時，大小流量先導閥均關(guān)閉，膜片上腔油壓與閥入口油壓相等，膜片在彈簧作用下關(guān)閉主閥，此時閥無流量。當大小流量線圈通電時，大小流量先導閥打開，由于出油孔比小流量閥口面積及膜片小孔面積之和大，膜片上腔和下腔形成一定的壓力差，膜片在此壓力差作用下客服彈簧力向上打開主閥口，大流量打開，大流量線圈斷電后，大流量先導閥關(guān)閉，下腔油從膜片小孔向上腔流入，導致膜片上下腔壓力相等，膜片在彈簧力作用下向下關(guān)閉，關(guān)閉主閥口，此時只有小流量從閥蓋通道流向出口。小流量線圈斷電后，小流量先導閥關(guān)閉，閥無流量。

3進口加油機電磁閥的使用及其注意事項：

3.1進口加油機電磁閥的使用

雙流量電磁閥適用于電腦加油機中大、小流量的控制，達到快速高效及所加油料的精確計算。適用于汽油、柴油、煤油燈介質(zhì)，具有防爆安全性能。

電磁閥應(yīng)用于加油機的主要作用是提高加油機預置加油的精確度。在電腦加油機預置加油結(jié)束時，電氣隨著油流速的不同負載也不同，在停機瞬間，不能馬上停止轉(zhuǎn)動，會出現(xiàn)不同程度的沖轉(zhuǎn)，機內(nèi)油液也會因慣性而繼續(xù)運動，這時計量器會發(fā)生選擇，顯示板也會繼續(xù)顯示數(shù)據(jù)。這個數(shù)據(jù)一般在0.01~0.4L左右，通常把沖過預置量的這一數(shù)據(jù)叫做過沖量。油液流速越大，過沖量也越大，加油精度也越難保證。如果在加油結(jié)束時，油液流速小道一定程度，過沖量就可以忽略不計。電磁閥正是工作在這一狀態(tài)下，在大流量時，電磁閥的大小流量閥全部打開，當加油量接近預置量（剩0.4L左右）時，有電腦發(fā)出關(guān)閉大流量閥信號，則大閥關(guān)閉，由小流量閥繼續(xù)工作，這時在顯示板可明顯觀察到加油的流速變小，達到預置量時，電腦發(fā)出關(guān)小閥信號，關(guān)閉小閥，加油停止。這就大大提高計量精確度。

3.2電磁閥使用時注意事項

1）安裝前認真閱讀說明書，確認電磁閥使用環(huán)境，供電電源電壓是否相符。

2）安裝時保證管道清潔干凈，以保證閥件正常工作。

3）為使電磁閥處于工作狀態(tài)，安裝時請把電磁先導頭垂直于水平面上。

3）安裝時注意閥體流向標志，防止因方向錯誤，使電磁閥不起作用。
