概述：       

進(jìn)口帶止回功能的電磁閥是安裝在正常工作的時(shí)候，電磁閥閥后的壓力可能比閥前的壓力高時(shí)的管道中，防止介質(zhì)反向壓力比正向壓力大的情況下，介質(zhì)回流。電磁閥本身是具有工作方向的，當(dāng)出口壓力比進(jìn)口壓力大的時(shí)候，介質(zhì)就會(huì)回流，而帶止回功能電磁閥是在電磁閥內(nèi)部集成了一個(gè)止回裝置，當(dāng)出口壓力大于進(jìn)口的時(shí)候，介質(zhì)也不會(huì)倒流。

進(jìn)口帶止回功能電磁閥工作原理：

常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開(kāi)。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。常開(kāi)：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開(kāi)。

擴(kuò)管式——一般用于常壓電磁閥的接管，用銅管連接的管路，銅管端擴(kuò)成喇叭口。

夾板式——一般用于常壓電磁閥的連接，將電磁閥電磁閥放置夾板內(nèi)，管路由夾板連接。

螺紋式——一般用于常壓電磁閥的連接，接管的螺紋常用管螺紋，分內(nèi)螺紋和外螺紋兩種接口，一般用于DN50以下的電磁閥。‘
