不銹鋼低溫截止閥,特別是超低溫閥門,其工作溫度極低。在設(shè)計(jì)這類閥門時(shí),除了應(yīng)遵循一般閥門的設(shè)計(jì)原則外,還有一些特殊的要求。不銹鋼低溫截止閥的設(shè)計(jì)要求: 1、閥門在低溫介質(zhì)及周圍環(huán)境溫度下應(yīng)具有長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作的能力。2、閥門不應(yīng)成為低溫系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)顯著熱源。這是因?yàn)闊崃康牧魅氤档蜔嵝释猓缌魅脒^(guò)多,還會(huì)使內(nèi)部流體急速蒸發(fā),產(chǎn)生異常升壓,造成危險(xiǎn)。3、低溫介質(zhì)不應(yīng)對(duì)手輪操作及填料密封性能產(chǎn)生有害的影響。4、直接與低溫介質(zhì)接觸的閥門組合件應(yīng)具有防爆和防火結(jié)構(gòu)。

【進(jìn)口低溫用截止閥】結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明:
低溫及超低溫截止閥安裝在空分設(shè)備、LNG船、低溫液體貯運(yùn)設(shè)備上面,對(duì)液氧、液氮、液氬、液化天然氣、液化石油氣等低溫和深冷介質(zhì)進(jìn)行控制。低溫及超低溫截止閥采用加長(zhǎng)閥桿、加長(zhǎng)閥蓋的結(jié)構(gòu),加長(zhǎng)高度可以按照客戶要求加高,高壓低溫截止閥都帶有自動(dòng)泄壓孔,以保證中腔壓力不會(huì)過(guò)高而產(chǎn)生危險(xiǎn)。低溫截止閥有二種閥蓋設(shè)計(jì)形式。
*種是螺栓式閥蓋,其閥體與閥蓋用螺栓螺母連接,纏繞式墊片(316夾柔性石墨制造)。客戶有特殊要求時(shí)也可采用金屬環(huán)連接。
第二種是焊接式閥蓋,其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接,全焊密封??蛻粲刑厥庖髸r(shí)也可采用透焊連接。
