MCGD Turntable Bag-feeding Packaging Machine
設(shè)備特征:
1.包裝袋形式：平面袋、自立袋、拉鏈袋。
2.包裝材料： PE復(fù)合材料、CPP復(fù)合材料。
3.包裝流程：取袋—開(kāi)袋—計(jì)量—填充—封口—產(chǎn)品輸出。
4.機(jī)器采用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)，性能跟穩(wěn)定，維修簡(jiǎn)單，使用壽命更長(zhǎng)，故障率低。
5.機(jī)器采用真空開(kāi)袋方式。
6.不同袋寬可自動(dòng)調(diào)整。
7.不開(kāi)袋不落料。
8.安裝安全防護(hù)門(mén)。

5.Adopt vacuum pouch opening mode .
6.Different pouch widths can be automatically adjusted.
7.No opening of the pouch no dosing of material.

4.機(jī)器在低于設(shè)定氣壓下自動(dòng)停機(jī)

Safety performances:
1.No pouch - no filling - no sealing.
2.Pouch cannot be opened or opened incompletely - no filling - no sealing.
3.Heating device fault alarm.
4.The machine automatically shuts down when pressure current is lower than setting before.
5.The machine automatically shuts down when the hood is not closed or the door of the electric cabinet is not closed.
