用途：流程中自動完成開盒、裝料、折耳、封盒。

主要特點：

本機是集開盒、裝料、折耳、插盒一體機,適用于多品種，多規(guī)格的紙盒包裝，配有三菱PLC微電腦控制、自動報警、故障提示、具有人機界面控制、操作簡單、維護方便等特點，封盒系統(tǒng)具有自動開盒、進料、折耳、封盒等功能、無須人手，整機架及接觸物料的部件全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼和鋁材，表面進行了拋光處理，外形美觀大方，*。

開箱機

用途：流程中自動完成開箱、成形、下底葉片折合粘膠帶。

裝箱機

用途：完成流程中自動裝箱。

封箱折蓋機

用途：流程中自動完成折蓋與封箱操作。

主要特點：

1、紙箱上前蓋靠船形板折彎，其他三個葉片氣動折合，平穩(wěn)順暢，封箱作業(yè)一氣呵成，美觀省力，可配合自動化包裝機械系列使用。

2、引進新型貼帶器，不用鼓風機吹挺膠帶，利用壓片裝置，使膠帶挺立不彎下而造成不能粘貼。

3、左右皮帶傳動（3240＊80加導條），主傳動機構(gòu)使用特殊培林座高精密、低噪音，增加皮帶使用壽命。

4、采用梯形絲桿同步調(diào)節(jié)寬窄高低，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可靠。

5、紙箱兩端封箱膠帶折角長度60~65mm、可定制80mm、100mm。

6、封箱機標準規(guī)格品，零件隨時供應。

二、產(chǎn)品維護與保養(yǎng)

1）設(shè)備上的電機，氣缸等部件設(shè)有加油孔，需定時進行加油保養(yǎng)。（加油周期請根據(jù)實

  際情況及配件要求而定）。

2）設(shè)備上絲桿，絲母等摩擦類部件請及時添加黃油保持潤滑。

3）直線軸承，光軸處請?zhí)砑右后w潤滑油。切勿添加固體黃油，以免灰塵積聚，損害軸

承。

4）皮帶需定期更換。（視使用頻率及損傷程度而定）

5）如遇設(shè)備上有切刀類部件，請及時清潔切刀，保持刀口整潔，提高*耐用性。出現(xiàn)

切不斷的情況時，請及時更換切刀。

6）設(shè)備部件要勤清潔。尤其是活動部。以免灰塵積聚，影響設(shè)備運作。保持一天一小

潔，每周一大潔的習慣。設(shè)備耐用度將大大提高。

7）清潔設(shè)備不宜用水。建議使用清潔劑進行擦拭。清潔保養(yǎng)時，必須斷電斷氣，保

證安全

8）每日要進行設(shè)備巡查，發(fā)現(xiàn)螺絲，松緊塊等各部件有松動的，要及時鎖緊。以免因部

件松動磨損導致設(shè)備故障。

2）我司承諾：機器運抵現(xiàn)場后，24小時內(nèi)（珠三角地區(qū)）上門安裝調(diào)試，偏遠地區(qū)48小時內(nèi)到達。

3）調(diào)試完畢并驗收合格后簽署安裝調(diào)試完成確認書。您的*滿意，是我司服務的宗旨。

（四）保質(zhì)期限 

1）自驗收合格之日起，保修一年。

2）保修期內(nèi)非人為因素造成的機械損壞及質(zhì)量問題，我司為您免費更換（易損，易耗件除外）。

3）機器享受終身配件更換，保養(yǎng)維護服務。
