油冷卻在汽車零部件、機(jī)械加工、板材、家具制造等企業(yè)中都有大型的機(jī)床設(shè)備，在這些機(jī)床設(shè)備如主軸、切削液、潤滑油、液壓油、電控柜等許多切削加工機(jī)床（加工中心、車床、銑床、鉆床等）中需要*或主軸高速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，由此會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的熱量導(dǎo)致油溫升高，若不對(duì)油溫進(jìn)行控制會(huì)導(dǎo)致以下問題：
1.密封件變形和老化而失去彈性，發(fā)生漏油，過高溫度還能使導(dǎo)管和接縫破壞。
    2.液壓油*在較高的溫度下工作會(huì)加速油品的氧化，縮短液壓油的使用壽命，酸性氧化產(chǎn)物還會(huì)腐蝕金屬，氧化產(chǎn)生的油泥會(huì)堵塞油濾，增加泵的磨損。
    3.油品的粘度變低，內(nèi)泄漏增多，油泵容積效率下降，磨損增加，縮短使用壽命。
    4.液壓配件產(chǎn)生熱膨脹，配合間隙減小，造成元件失靈或卡死。
