☆本系列設(shè)備用于聚脂瓶裝各種果汁、果酒、礦泉水、純凈水等不含氣飲料的生產(chǎn)，在一機(jī)上實(shí)現(xiàn)沖瓶、灌裝、封蓋。
☆引進(jìn)日本、*，采用壓力式定液面灌裝原理，灌裝速度快，液面控制穩(wěn)，無(wú)滴漏現(xiàn)象。
☆彈簧式?jīng)_洗鉗手，空瓶隨軌道自動(dòng)進(jìn)行180°翻轉(zhuǎn)，內(nèi)外二道沖洗，沖瓶效率高。
☆采用磁力扭矩式擰蓋頭，實(shí)現(xiàn)抓蓋，擰蓋功能，擰蓋力矩?zé)o級(jí)可調(diào)，具有恒力矩旋封塑蓋功能，且不傷蓋，封口嚴(yán)密可靠。
☆整機(jī)采用plc電腦程序控制及人機(jī)界面觸摸屏按鈕，具有料缸內(nèi)液面自動(dòng)控制，無(wú)瓶不灌裝，無(wú)瓶不加蓋等功能。采用變頻器無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，生產(chǎn)能力數(shù)字顯示，調(diào)整極其方便。
the equipment is used in production of non-soda drink of fruit juice , fruit wine ,minerals and pure water packed in polyester bottles ,washing ,filling and capping are integrated in one machine .
the most advanced technology from japan and germany is employed in the design ,the gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used . the filling is fast ,the amount of liquid is accuray controlled and the dr-opping and leakage are avoided .
spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process .the empty bottles can be turned over 180°along the conveying rail .there are two times of internal and external washing ,the efficiency of bottle washing is high .
the magnetic torque is used for screw capping .the power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps .the power of the screw capping can also be fixed .and the caps will not be damaged ,the capping is reliable.
the whole machine is controlled by plc with touch-screen as the human-machine interface .the amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically .the filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle .when there is no bottle .when bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available ,the machine can be stopped automatically.
the frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly .the production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
