分瓶螺桿：將欲套標瓶做等距分開，進入帶瓶組。
分瓶螺桿的常用材質有三種：種，國產POM和進口POM材質，常用的為國產POM材質，優(yōu)點是成本較低，特性是不易變形，自潤滑性能高，不會劃傷瓶子。進口POM特性屬于國產POM加強版，但是成本較高，所以大多數人設計師在非必要情況下還是選擇國產POM材質。
第二種，MC尼龍材質，成本與POM相差不大，常應用于沖擊力較大需要耐沖擊的環(huán)境，特性是耐沖擊、耐刮擦，自潤滑性能好，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺桿經常斷裂的情況下，可以嘗試使用下MC尼龍的材質；
第三種，PE材質，PE的成本方面跟前面兩種相差不大，分瓶螺桿行業(yè)里用的比較少，PE材質的特性就是耐磨，很多朋友反映分瓶螺桿由于磨損較嚴重需要經常更換，建議可以試用一下PE材質的分瓶螺桿。

Many friends report that the bottle split screw needs to be replaced frequently due to severe wear. It is recommended to try the bottle split screw made of PE material.
