本機(jī)適用于多種幾何形狀的容器，有機(jī)械手，出蓋速度快，無反蓋。供蓋系統(tǒng)和機(jī)械手同步工作。當(dāng)瓶蓋旋緊，瓶和蓋相對(duì)靜止，離合器分離，使瓶、蓋均不受損傷。本機(jī)根據(jù)不同的瓶蓋，分刮蓋和抓蓋兩種形式上蓋。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) ：

1 根據(jù)客戶的特征和旋蓋速度要求設(shè)計(jì)，配合自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線使用。
2 整機(jī)由三部分組成：自動(dòng)理蓋、自動(dòng)落蓋、自動(dòng)旋蓋。
3 PLC控制系統(tǒng)。

4 可根據(jù)要求設(shè)計(jì)旋蓋頭的數(shù)量。

QDX Automatic capping machine

Introduction ：

This machine is suitable for many kinds of the geometry of the container, a mechanical hand, to cover speed, no reverse cover. Covered for the manipulator system synchronization. When the cap is screwed down, the bottle cover relatively static, clutch, so that the bottle, cover are not subject to damage. The machine according to different bottle cover, cut and cover grabbing two forms the upper cover.
