有了鑒別、選擇材料的能力以及擁有*的焊接技術(shù)與設(shè)備外。我們制定并實(shí)施了一套完整的、符合cGMP/FDA規(guī)范要求的系統(tǒng)工程質(zhì)量保障體系。從材料的選擇開始,到個(gè)細(xì)小的步驟,我們都加以規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。這便是我們的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Quality assurance system
Besides the ability of identifying/choosing materials as well as advanced welding technology and equipments, we have formulated and implemented a set of complete system engineering quality assurance system that conform to standard requirements of CGMP/FDA. We standardize all processes from material selection to final small steps. This is the quality standard we insist on.
我們深知閥門與衛(wèi)生潔凈設(shè)備的密切相關(guān),對(duì)確保整套工藝設(shè)備的衛(wèi)生要求的重要性,所以,加工的每一個(gè)配件都精工細(xì)做,材料均采用SUS304、SUS316L制成,內(nèi)鏡面拋光,光潔度Ra≤0.28μm,表面處理采取機(jī)械拋光、磨砂、亞光等多種形式,采用 ISO、DIN、IDF、SMS、BPE 等國(guó)際技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),系列化產(chǎn)品能符合cGMP和FDA醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
We know very well that valves are closely related to sanitary cleaning equipments and ensuring sanitary requirements for entire technological equipments is quite important. Therefore, each accessory is processed with fine workmanship. Materials adopt SUS304、SUS316L. Internal mirror surface is polished, with smooth finish Ra≤0.28μm. Surface treatment adopts mechanical polishing, dull polishing, matte etc. International technical standards such as ISO、DIN、IDF、SMS、BPE are adopted. Serialized products can conform to medical standards of CGMP and FDA.
影響最終產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的是整個(gè)不銹鋼輸送系統(tǒng)所采用的連接方式。世界上目前連接不銹鋼輸送系統(tǒng)的焊接技術(shù)是全自動(dòng)惰性氣體保護(hù)軌道焊接技術(shù)。通過對(duì)各種焊接參數(shù)(電流、轉(zhuǎn)速、極相)以及惰性保護(hù)氣體質(zhì)量與流量的調(diào)整與控制,使整個(gè)不銹鋼輸送系統(tǒng)自身在潔凈等方面的嚴(yán)格要求在上得到滿足。具體表面在:焊縫焊點(diǎn)無論里外均呈均勻魚鱗狀,不銹鋼之奧氏體結(jié)構(gòu)在焊縫處得到上的保護(hù)、不銹鋼輸送系統(tǒng)內(nèi)表面的鈍化層即使在焊縫處在本質(zhì)上也沒有被破壞、不銹鋼輸送系統(tǒng)中的焊縫在一般情況下不需要進(jìn)一步酸洗鈍化處理,焊縫本身是不銹鋼輸送系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)有效組成部分。我們擁有多套全自動(dòng)惰性氣體保護(hù)軌道焊接設(shè)備,同時(shí)能承接多個(gè)大中型項(xiàng)目的能力。
The connection mode adopted by entire stainless steel conveying system affects the quality of final products. The most advanced welding technology to connect stainless steel conveying system in the world is full-automatic inactive gas protection track welding technology. All kinds of welding parameters (current, rotary speed, pole phase) as well as the quality and flow rate of inactive protection gas are adjusted and controlled to meet the strict requirements to largest extent in aspects of cleanness etc. of entire stainless steel conveying system. More specifically, welding seams or welding spots is evenly like fish scale no matter inside or outside. Austenite structure of stainless steel is protected utmostly on the welding seams. Passivating layer of stainless steel conveying system internal surface is not destroyed essentially on the welding seams. It is not required to further acid-wash or passivate the seams in stainless steel conveying system under general conditions. Welding seams are an effective constituent part of stainless steel conveying system. We own many sets of full-automatic inactive gas protection track welding equipments and have the capacity of contracting many large and medium-sized projects.
