基本用途
◆ RLM-H貼標(biāo)簽機(jī)屬于自動(dòng)臥式貼標(biāo)機(jī)系列，可滿足制藥行業(yè)中安瓿瓶、口服液、；文具用品如筆桿、固體膠、漿糊筆；化妝品行業(yè)中口紅、眉筆等；肉制品行業(yè)中的火腿腸等不能站立的圓形物體全周或者半周的自動(dòng)化貼標(biāo)要求，采用臥式傳送、臥式貼標(biāo)的方式，增加穩(wěn)定性，提高貼標(biāo)效率。
可選配在線打印貼標(biāo)機(jī)或噴碼機(jī)到貼標(biāo)頭，可實(shí)現(xiàn)在標(biāo)簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號(hào)和噴印條碼、二維碼條碼追溯等信息。
可選視覺(jué)檢測(cè)設(shè)備、輸送帶/傳送帶，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行視覺(jué)檢測(cè)剔除功能，可增加自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線、流水線及碼垛機(jī)器人對(duì)后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理
◆ 核心工作原理：分瓶輪將產(chǎn)品分開(kāi)，放到輸送帶上，傳感器檢測(cè)到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過(guò)，傳回信號(hào)到貼標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，在適當(dāng)位置控制 系統(tǒng)控制相應(yīng)電機(jī)送出標(biāo)簽并貼附在產(chǎn)品待貼標(biāo)位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標(biāo)裝置，覆標(biāo)帶帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，標(biāo)簽被滾覆，一張標(biāo) 簽的貼附動(dòng)作完成。
◆ 操作過(guò)程：放產(chǎn)品（放于落料箱內(nèi)）—>分開(kāi)產(chǎn)品并攤開(kāi)到輸送鏈滾筒中間—>產(chǎn)品輸送—>產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)—>貼標(biāo)—>覆標(biāo)—> 收集已貼標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。

Basic uses
_RLM-H labeling machine belongs to automatic horizontal labeling machine series, which can meet the requirements of ampoule bottle, oral liquid and blood vessel picking in pharmaceutical industry; stationery articles such as penholder, solid glue, paste pen; lipstick and eyebrow pen in cosmetics industry; automatic labeling requirements of round objects such as ham sausage in meat industry that can not stａnd all or half a week, using horizontal transmission and horizontal labeling side. It increases stability and labeling efficiency.
Optional on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet printing bar code, two-dimensional code traceability and other information on the label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor belt/conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.

Working principle
_Core Working Principle: The bottle wheel separates the product and puts it on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the product's passing and sends back the signal to the labeling control system. The appropriate position control system controls the corresponding motor to send the label and attach it to the position of the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, the labeling belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled over, and the attachment action of a label is completed. 。
_Operation process: Put the product (in the blanking box) - > separate the product and spread it out to the middle of the conveyor chain drum - > product conveying - > product testing - > labeling - > labeling - > overlapping - > collect labeled products.
