炭黑過濾機(jī)
一、簡介
炭黑過濾機(jī)是我公司在消化吸收進(jìn)技術(shù),采用已生產(chǎn)過的外濾式真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機(jī)的合理結(jié)構(gòu),研制開發(fā)而成的固液分離設(shè)備。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、性能*、操作自動(dòng)連續(xù)、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)無級(jí)變速、使用維修方便等特點(diǎn)。
Carbon black filter is a kind of solid liquid separation equipment developed by our company in digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and adopting the reasonable structure of the vacuum drum filter which has been produced. It has the characteristics of compact structure, advanced performance, automatic continuous operation, stepless speed change, convenient operation and maintenance, etc..
二、工作原理
炭黑真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機(jī)系刮刀卸料的固液分離設(shè)備。過濾時(shí),在真空抽吸作用下,分離濾液透過濾布、濾室與濾管向分配閥匯集,經(jīng)自動(dòng)排放缸排出,而固體顆粒被截留在濾布表面上形成濾餅,濾餅轉(zhuǎn)出液面后,相繼進(jìn)入脫水區(qū)與卸料區(qū)。處于卸料區(qū)的濾餅,在壓縮空氣的反吹下被吹起由刮刀卸除,至此,一個(gè)過來循環(huán)即告完成。然后轉(zhuǎn)入濾漿內(nèi),開始下一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。
