LLW型臥式螺旋卸料過濾式離心機(jī)是種能耗低性能穩(wěn)定、分離效果好的機(jī)型。分離過程中的進(jìn)料、脫水、洗滌、卸料等工序連續(xù)完成，生產(chǎn)效率和自動(dòng)化程度高，是種*的固液分離設(shè)備。懸浮液從進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入螺旋內(nèi)腔，并通過螺旋小頭接近錐端底部的噴料口進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，料漿中的液相通過鋪設(shè)在轉(zhuǎn)壁上的篩網(wǎng)被過濾出去，固相顆粒則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi);同時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)的固相顆粒在離心力和螺旋與轉(zhuǎn)鼓之間的相對差速作用下，從轉(zhuǎn)鼓小端向轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端運(yùn)動(dòng)，在此運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中，由于回轉(zhuǎn)直徑的加大，離心力得到快速遞增，固相從初始進(jìn)入時(shí)的較高含濕量到排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓時(shí)達(dá)到含濕量固相，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)固液相自動(dòng)、連續(xù)的分離。離心機(jī)內(nèi)置洗滌管，可在濾餅過濾的同時(shí)對濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌。由于是薄層濾餅洗滌，洗滌效果好，洗滌液消耗低。在轉(zhuǎn)鼓背面可設(shè)計(jì)蒸汽管，對轉(zhuǎn)鼓背面結(jié)晶的物料進(jìn)行高溫洗滌。螺旋差速器有擺線差速器，行星差速器和液壓差速器三種配置，滿足不同物料的分離。

The separation processing from feeding to dewatering,cleaning and discharging is continuous with high processing efficiency and high degree of automation. Jt is the advanced separation equipment The feed suspension is introduced to the centrifuge through a feed pipe and into the feed distribution chamber and is jetted into the baske through the hole near the cone point of the convelior.Under centrttugal force the solids filtrate trm the liquid and settle against the basket wall. while the clarified iquid exits over the overflow screen. The solids in the conical basket are conveved up from the smaller end to the bigger end while the convevor turns at a sliahtly diferent speed. The biager diameter is.the biaaer centrifuaal force produces to separate the liquid/solids.The solids are dried when thev are drained out the basket.The washing pipe incorporated in the centrifuge can not only filter the solid cake,but also wash the cake. The thin cake washing achieves qood effects of washing and consumes low amount of washling Jiquid.A steam pipe may be provided on the back of the basket so as to wash the crystattized m als on the back at high temperature Gearbox: cycloidal gearbox,planetary gearbox and hydraulic gearbox so as to suit for separation of different materials.
