電加熱自動上料炸江米條油炸機材質均采用的是食品級不銹鋼SUS304加工制造而成，鍋體的厚度一般在3mm,外殼厚度在1mm.電機采用的是歐盟認證標準的NRV型電機，電器均采用德力西電器或者正泰電器。電熱管采用的是電阻式電熱管，這種電熱管升溫速度快，熱穩(wěn)定性能高，使用壽命長，正常使用情況下6年內不會出現(xiàn)任何質量問題。該款電加熱江米條油炸機采用圓形鍋體淺油槽設計，相對而言容油量更小，在節(jié)省成本方面比較突出。保溫采用的是優(yōu)質耐用具有防火絕緣耐高溫的硅酸鋁進行保溫，即保證了工人的安全又防止油炸過程中熱量的散失。鍋體可以根據需要設置成方形鍋體或者圓形鍋體。油炸機的下部分別設有排油口和排污口，排油口用于在更換炸油進行*清洗油炸機的時候排出炸油，排污口用于排放底部的水和排渣用。需要注意一點的是排污時必須待油溫低于80攝氏度時方可進行排污工作。另一側還有一個專門的視窗，用于觀察加水量的多少，一般水量加到視窗的一般即可。我們的視窗用的是具有耐高溫的有機玻璃，觀察起來非常方便。適用范圍此設備適用于肉類、水產、蔬菜、面食等制品的油炸加工，以電、煤為加熱能源，操作簡單、安全、易清洗、維修方便、節(jié)省油耗。設備由手動起吊系統(tǒng)、電起吊系統(tǒng)、*的產品輸送系統(tǒng)、排渣系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、排煙系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等組成，內部采用*的油水混合技術，*改變了傳統(tǒng)油炸設備的結構，從根本上解除了傳統(tǒng)油炸機的弊端。全不銹鋼結構,做工精細,美觀、堅固、耐用。肉串、魚類、全雞、雞腿、豆腐、蝦片、肉塊、薯條、薯片，花生米、蠶豆、蔬菜等。electric heating water-oil mixed fired machine
