1.機(jī)器成型原理是仿傳統(tǒng)手工制作工藝的設(shè)計(jì),比破壞皮筋性。
2.由分離式自動(dòng)給餡機(jī)將餡料填充到面皮上,在經(jīng)成型卷輪將面皮卷成長(zhǎng)圓棒狀,后由獨(dú)立捏花刀座成型為球狀或長(zhǎng)條狀,且保有原有手工生產(chǎn)的風(fēng)味。
3.整條生產(chǎn)線采用了光電感應(yīng)系統(tǒng),使面皮輸送流暢保證機(jī)器連續(xù)性生產(chǎn),生產(chǎn)能耗低。
