主要用于苯酐、順酐、均酐、丙烯酸、富馬酸、三聚氰胺、制冷劑、鋁鎂行業(yè)等工業(yè)流程，以及橡膠、塑料等行業(yè)輸送鈉鹽、鉀鹽、堿類等易結(jié)晶的高溫液體?；?/span>軸流泵為單級(jí)懸臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，抗汽蝕性能好，可靠性高。泵設(shè)計(jì)壓力10bar，輸送介質(zhì)溫度為 ～+120℃。用于大流量、低揚(yáng)程蒸發(fā)循環(huán)工位的輸送含有固體顆粒的介質(zhì)，是磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)定點(diǎn)泵型。
用途
磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)：適用于輸送含固體顆粒腐蝕性介質(zhì)，如閃蒸冷卻等工位。
化工、制堿、制鹽、行業(yè)：適用于物料的濃縮循環(huán)工位。
造紙、輕工行業(yè)：適用于物料的濃縮循環(huán)工位。
立式軸流泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明
采用導(dǎo)葉體結(jié)構(gòu)，泵抗汽蝕性能好，效率高。
泵轉(zhuǎn)速低，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)可靠。
葉輪與葉輪體配合，在輸送磨蝕性物料時(shí)，只要更換葉輪和葉輪體即可，從而提高泵體的使用壽命。
可采用直聯(lián)、皮帶或減速機(jī)等傳動(dòng)方式。
立式軸流泵過流部件選材
可選用CD4MCu 、Cr30、304、304L、316、316L、904L（UB-6）、20#合金等材料。
