產(chǎn)品描述：
環(huán)保離心風機裝置結(jié)構(gòu)
傳動方式為A式的風機主要有葉輪、機殼、進風口等部分配直聯(lián)電機組成，傳動方式為C、D式風機主要由葉輪、機殼、進風口、傳動組等組成。
（1）葉輪：由后傾扭曲式葉片、曲線型前盤和平板后盤組成，均用鋼板制成，并經(jīng)靜、動平衡校驗，運行平穩(wěn)， 具有效率高、運行平穩(wěn)、噪聲低等優(yōu)點。
（2）機殼：采用鋼板焊接而成，可制成兩種型式，12.5#以下制成整體式，14#以上可沿中分面制成上下哈夫式結(jié)構(gòu)，用螺栓連接，以供高度受*拆裝方便，具有外形美觀、拆卸方便、結(jié)構(gòu)牢固等優(yōu)點。
（3）進風口：采用收斂式流線型整體結(jié)構(gòu)，用焊接固定在風機入口側(cè)，具有重量輕、振動小、效率高、外形美觀等優(yōu)點。
（4）傳動組：由主軸、滾動軸承、帶輪或聯(lián)軸器等組成。主軸由45#優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼精密加工而成；采用調(diào)心球軸承或滾子軸承，均用軸承潤滑脂潤滑。
應用場所：一般與工業(yè)油霧凈化設(shè)備、廢氣處理設(shè)備、煙塵治理設(shè)備和粉塵處理設(shè)備等系統(tǒng)配套使用，廣泛應用于工礦企業(yè)、五金加工、涂裝行業(yè)、橡膠化工、醫(yī)藥等場合的通風。
